This spot was super cool AND delicious! Luckily, on this Saturday it wasn’t too busy. There’s a self serve kiosk at the front where you can pay and order. The you can create your own pasta like I did. I did fettuccine pasta with garlic and oil and broccoli and sun dried tomatoes and sausage. my fiancé got chicken fettuccine and loved it! The owner was there and seems great! Service A+ and dinner!

The place is, fortunately, right outside of very busy Canton Street in Roswell. It’s create your own pasta place with variety of sauces and toppings to choose from. They also have a limited selection of pizza as well.
I like coming here because their prices are reasonable/affordable, and unlike most Italian restaurants, they do not overwhelm their pasta with salt. The staff is quite friendly and very helpful on numerous occasions when I needed help with my orders.

Had a great experience at APF! I have been looking for a local Italian spot with a great vibe. The owners came and met us at our table and are great people. We had a pizza and a pasta which was made right in front of us. Food was excellent and the pasta is made from scratch on site. Would definitely recommend and will be back! João was the best!

American Pasta Factory is an order-at-the-counter type of service restaurant that has such fresh and good quality ingredients at very affordable prices!!! We both ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo but we chose different toppings. He added broccoli, garlic, basil, mushrooms, pepperoni and sundried tomatoes. I added broccoli, garlic, basil, mushrooms, peas and bacon! We also decided to try a glass of red wine. I forgot what it was called. But it started with a “P.” It was good! It was a semi-dry red. I usually don’t pair reds with Alfredo, but we like to live a little! The gentleman recommended the Chardonnay with the Alfredo, which is a great pairing! But we opted to go for the “P.” We brought our silverware, napkins and water cups to a table that we chose. There was plenty of space and plenty of room to sit. And then maybe 10 minutes later a bunch of different families came in! It is definitely a family friendly place. We thought we would have to go up to the counter to pick up our food but a very nice woman brought our food out to us, along with a bowl of grated parmesan cheese and asked us if we would like some parmesan on top of our pasta!!! That was an unexpected plus!!! We also ordered the lemoncello cake slice. It was yummy but I forgot to take a picture of it! We would definitely come back again for the food!!! We also saw a lot of people ordering pickup!!! The food is absolutely delicious and has great value!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

No complaints here. The pasta, veggies and grilled chicken were all very fresh and delicious. Serving size was just about right. The focaccia bread that accompanied the pasta was really good. I’ve been here a dozen times or so over the last year or two while in the area and it is always been spot on.

I went a couple of times, and this review is from my second time. The first time, I was just too hungry and forgot to take pics or post a review. Better late than never !
The place has good seating and no patio seating as far as I saw. You place the order at the kiosk, pay at the counter, and walk along the counter as they prepare your food. At the end of the counter, at the pick-up counter, you pick up your food and head to your seats.
There are ready to order options, or you can build your own pasta and pizzas. There are plenty of veggie options, too.
You can also order online and pick it up directly at the pick-up counter.
Parking is sufficient for the amount of seating available.
This is a good place to end your day after an afternoon or evening in Roswell downtown. The location is not right next to downtown, nor is it too far. I would say it’s ideally located for a nice walk to get your appetite up for some Italian food.

A great place in Roswell for Pastas and Pizzas. They have a kiosk to place your order and I love that you can customise your food! This is my second visit here and everything we had so far has tasted pretty good. I would definitely recommend the Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp and if you like to keep it light you could try the Mediterranean style pasta. The portion sizes for pasta are perfect for a single person enjoying your meal whilst not feeling too stuffed. The ambience is casual cafe style, serving freshly baked food, with a well priced menu.
