For starters we didn’t get our silverware. Mind you I know it’s Memorial Day and it is busy but we never got a drink refill and when the food did come, they forgot my omelette and when I asked what was the reason for the wait, they simply just forgot it. But they did ended up taking it off completely so I didn’t have to pay for it. It could have been better service, busy or not especially with not receiving silverware and drink refill. I give them a C

I ❤️ this place. My Nana took me here a few months ago, I had never been to one before. Amazing food, staff is super friendly, looooove the atmosphere. They play oldies music (from the 50s-60s), which I love even being I was born in ’80 and it so welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone living in the area or if you need to stop for food or whatever while traveling. Hope you have an amazing experience y’all. Peace and God bless

Staff was polite and friendly. I really appreciate when waiters/ waitresses are attentive and kind to our needs. I came in with my 6 year old and my 1 year old and the ladies that were assigned to my table really made my visit an easy breakfast (which can be challenging with young ones!) I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service and we’ll definitely be back!

Waited to be seated, once seated we waited while watching the people who were seated after us getting their drinks and we had not even seen a waitress yet, the two of us just got up and left. Had a great Breakfast at Black Bear Diner.

We called to place an order for our office and Ihop Manager Sarah was kind enough to come to our office with menu’s and took our staff order. Once arrived at Ihop our lunch was ready to enjoy. Very pleased with the service and great environment.

Facilities were incredibly clean! Staff were professional and accommodating. Service was spot on!! It had been years since going back to IHOP after horrible experiences 3 separate times. Huge improvements!! I’ll be going back for a lunch, next time…. we’ll see!

Second time I’ve been here and was worse then the first which was about 2 years ago. Service was slow, but understandable as it was understaffed, but took quite some time to get our orders placed. Wife and kids meals were good, I ordered the tbone steak and eggs, which the order itself took a while to get to us after being placed. Steak looked off and when I cut into it, it was still raw…not rare…raw…

Got here about 11:20ish it is now 12:04. It’s a nice place to take a nap while you’re waiting. Not sure about the food cause we’re still waiting.. it’s 45 mins so far!!! I’ll review the food someday soon hopefully. UPDATE!!! Food came at 12:18 so that’s acceptable but I found a glasses on my plate!… Who does that?
