More restaurants should do this rather than ignoring reviews
This morning, I took my two young children to IHOP for breakfast. They were very excited to go. Our waitress, Exxx, started off great. She took our order quickly and brought our food out in a timely fashion. However, when it came time to addressing charges on the bill, Emma was nowhere to be found.
To our surprise, we found an extra charge of $14.99 on the bill, which left a sour taste in my mouth. We asked for her to come out and discuss the charge, but she never did. It felt like she was intentionally trying to charge us, hoping we wouldn’t notice.
While the initial service was good, this experience really affected our overall impression. We hope management can address this issue to prevent it from happening to other customers.

For a chain restaurant this place really actually has it down. The prices were fair, the service was on point, and the food was not bad.
Everything was figured out down to a science to make things run smoothly despite having a wide variety of options to choose from.
Really the only negative of this place is that they only have two bathrooms and you have to wait and wait and wait and wait.
But as long as you don’t have to do the potty dance like the little boy that was waiting for about a half hour to use the restroom, then you’ll be okay and this place is a great place to eat.

The staff wasn’t very friendly tables were partially cleaned. The food was extremely underwhelming and not cooked right I didn’t want to send it back cause I just didn’t want to deal with it. Very disappointing.

Breakfast sampler was a hearty meal. You get 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, hash browns and pancakes. Service here is very good.

I will not go to the chain of this restaurant anywhere in the world because of racism and hatred because of its color that a famous doctor faced. He was insulted because of the poor selection of disrespectful employees. I will announce the boycott.

We came in party of 3 on a slow day and restaurant was half empty only about 2 booths occupied already served and we sat and waitress took our drink orders. She came back with our drinks and we ordered an appetizer along with our food. 30 mins passed no food yet or anyone to come check on us. A family of 4 came and sat next booth to us and same waitress got their drinks and order. About 20 mins later they recieved their food!!I called over the waitress after she served them and I told her that I didnt want to be a bleep but why did they got served already when we were here first and waiting for over 30 mins!!!NOT EVEN BUSY!!!She apologized and 5 mins later she brought our food along with our appetizer. Point of appetizer was to bring it first while we waited. She brought it along with our main food which was so stupid.Our $18 omelettes were cold and I had asked mine with avocado on top. She came back 3 mins later with a small plate of avocado on a piece of lettuce. Terrible service for a $92 bill. With everything going up you expect some decent service. Tipped her $1. This IHOP needs to be looked at in hiring new staff. No wonder this place is always empty and yet they cannot be quick to service you.Never eating here again!!

I am very disappointed by the act of your worker to refuse serving a customer, Dr Omar, just because he did not feel comfortable serving him. I am disgusted that we still see racism existence even in where would like to eat
It has been almost a month and I Hope still did not take an action but sending automated replays and that only show nothing but supporting of the worker behavior.
You need to take this seriously and issue a statement of what happened and what is your action instead of “automotive” useless replays
