This was the most disappointing Chipotle experience I’ve had at any location.
The rice was undercooked and noticeably crunchy, almost like it had been fried.
The meat was extremely spicy to the point of being uncomfortable, even though I didn’t add anything spicy to my order.
I left very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this location based on this visit

The service brought up my review otherwise it would have been 2 stars. Our order was on line. So each order has known extras. I would expect if someone wants only rice and chicken the bowl would be full. Even my order was not a full bowl. I don’t know if it is because we ordered on line because this is the first time but in person we would get full bowls. This is one of the last Chipotle’s we go to because the rest started to do the same crap. Chipotle is really making me wish there was a noes nearby

I weigh and meal prep all my food, I purchase nothing but protein chicken cups. The workers here CONSISTENTLY under portion the chicken and not by a little. I consistently get 3oz portions for every single cup I get. That’s 1/4 of the portion I’m paying for and not receiving every time. The workers also always give me attitude and push back when I politely ask to please give me the proper portion. I don’t want extra I just want what I’m promised. I understand it can’t be perfect, If it is a little light sometime that’s okay, but consistently under portioning by a substantial amount is not okay. I’ve over paid and tipped far too many times and I’m highly displeased with the problem as well as the attitudes of the workers.

Steak had too much fat and I threw half of it away. They are very stingy with the portions and give you hard hard time when asking for extra rice. Rice? The most inexpensive food item ever. You’d think I was asking for more veggies or protein.

Im an avid chipotle goer, and this is hands down the BEST chipotle in northeast ohio. The staff is friendly, the food is always cooked well and hot, and THEY DON’T SKIMP YOU ON PORTIONS! Also worth mentioning is that this place is consistently cleaner than any chipotle I’ve ever been to. The food area is never covered in rice/beans/cheese, there are always utensils stocked (including knives which is rare at most locations) and isnt covered in napkins/straw papers.

This place is absolutely disgusting. It was nearly empty when I got there but still waited 10 minutes for the guy to finish mobile orders before taking my order. Another worker tried to help the people behind me twice since it was his buddy. The food prep area was a disgusting mess and two of the workers looked high. Our containers had smears of sour cream and pieces of lettuce stuck on the outside. Only one trash can out and it was obnoxiously overflowing. Every table was a complete mess. We even ended up trashing our food after 2 bites. Chipotle should be ashamed of this location. Just embarrassing.
