Portions were small. I ordered real eggs, scrambled and they were runny. I mentioned it to my server and she brought the manager who proceeded to argue with me. Not professional at all. I was very disappointed.

Servers had an absolute attitude as soon as we were seated outside. One lady, Luc, came out and my husband said “Hi” and her response was “I’m not your server, but I’ll take your order.” Never got better from there. We got our coffee and orange juice and never saw anyone again. We waited 50 minutes outside in the heat with not one time having anyone come out to check on us. We paid for the coffee and juice and left. The hostess was very nice, so she gets the one star.

Experience in the La Quinta IHOP not happy with my food too much egg no veggies and meat on my omelette terrible then I said good I’ll get food with my pancakes so sad you give us butter that is hard as rock I’ve never been served hard butter like that it teared up all the pancake I was so upset I will not go there again to that brunch end up spending like $30 to throw all the food away I was so upset no stars on this feedback

Slow service on a Tuesday morning. Luz and the other lady that seats you are over in the food area playing with knives between there fingers making the most noise. We almost left without paying because she is not attentive and thought we payed already. The other lady server had earbuds in and is probably why she couldn’t hear us.

The hostess was rude like if she didn’t want to be there, the server took 20 to take our order and a table that got there after us got served first. The atmosphere was bad since all the servers seemed in a bad mood.

My mom’s hasbrowns had the flavor of old rancid oil, and her toast was not toasted. When we mentioned it to our server, she didn’t say anything to us except I would let the cooks know in the back. I shared my hasbrowns with my mom. The eggs and sausage were ok. She ordered from the 55+ menu, and I wondered if that was the reason why?!

Only rated the food 3 stars due to the amount of food served in my opinion from other times I’ve been to IHOP. It seems that it was reduced but other than that everything was good. The server was excellent and helpful.
