Food was bland, bathroom was clean but just one stall and staff took forever to let us in as they took their time cleaning knowing we were waiting. Then came back to women’s bathroom three times opening door to finish cleaning when my wife was in there.
Waitress was NOT smiling or friendly and in a rush to get us of there as she brought the check before we even had a chance to order dessert after breakfast and when we did order dessert she brought it To-Go so we asked her to out it on a plate for us.

I met up with several friends after we played basketball this morning. The server seated us in the area we requested and made suggestions for our breakfasts. She was attentive and friendly and checked on us with the right frequency. The food was very good and an excellent value for the price. The facility was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and easy to enter and exit. The perfect spot for meeting for some casual time with friends!

Wasn’t the best experience by far.. Got a seat then it took a while for someone to come to ask if I was ready to order in a pretty rude way (as if they didn’t want to be helping me) Didn’t get any utensils until after I finally got my food. Five minutes after I got my food they were asking if I wanted the check. Seemed as if they just couldn’t wait for me to leave and just watching me like an animal. But… if you’re Hispanic you’ll get better treatment that’s for sure

We were waiting at our table and no one came up to take our drink order after 20 minutes. When the waitress did show up she walked up to a table that was sat after us. We got up and left without even putting a drink order in. The guy who sat us down didnt even bother to stop us or try to assist us. Horrible service, will not visit again.

Terrible experience at this IHOP. The service from both the waiter and the manager or greeter was completely unprofessional. We went for breakfast, and after some time, the waiter told us we needed to pay the bill. When we went to the register, the person there said the waiter would give us the change which made no sense at all. Why should the waiter handle the change instead of the cashier? The whole situation was confusing and poorly managed.
For the record, my friend and I are responsible adults in our 40s we expect to be treated with basic respect. Neither the waiter nor the manager or the greeter showed any sense of professionalism or courtesy. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this location at all.

I think I go here with my husband too much. DON’T GET ME WRONG THOUGH! That country fried steak though, HAD ME WANTINNNGGG MOORRRREEEE. It was so bleeping GOOD! They have a friendly staff and usually are busy on weekends so the best time would be to go in the morning on a weekday. They do military discount too. So that’s a super plus. Its been awhile since we visited this place and man they proved to me that i shouldnt be goin somewhere else if i crave for waffles.
While waiting for my order, i was hoping, praying really hard that they will make my waffle a little crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside. So when my chicken and waffle came, i was like ok.. then when i took a bite of the waffle, man it was so perfect I almost cried. First time in the history i had the best waffle (even compared to the most popular ones) it was perfectly cooked. Will definitely come back here soon and get more waffles
