We had an early breakfast. The pancakes are always great. The plates we ordered came with all you can eat pancakes. We ordered blueberry pancakes, and regular pancakes, which are always fluffy and delicious. This came with bacon and sausage ham, and eggs and hashbrowns and of course, a couple of cups of coffee.We’ve been too many IHOPs in different cities since I can remember. and will continue to visit this establishment.

I love ihop but this location needs more training on the waiters.. I have never had to ask 5 times to 3 different waiters that came to our table for water and still had to go up and remind them after bringing our food and had asked before even ordering … restrooms where dirty no toilet paper in the men’s or women’s had to ask staff they seemed to be bothered by asking for stuff we already had asked for and they weren’t being brought..My plate was wrong asked nicely the other was wrong waitor looked bothered when wasn’t my fault he took the order wrong.. but must say food was delicious so the starts are for the kitchen I understand if they were busy but they weren’t we showed up after rush hour

When we first walked into the restaurant there didnt seem to anyone in the place. No one greeted us. Then someone decided to pop his head out of the office to say someone will be right with us. Meanwhile ….. 15 minutes later the server decided once he was done with his phone call to seat us. His service was mediocre at best. Then he took our drink order we got drinks with literally like 10 ice cubes in them, they absolutely were not cold drinks at all. And when he took our order my bf placed his order and then look me in my face asked me for my order and then he looked back at my bf to finish taking his order and then asked me for my order again. A I asked for fish and chips really easy. And yet again for my order and I looked at my bf and he then placed my order for me. Then we asked for refill on our drinks … water and iced tea … and again literally 10 ice cubes and this time I asked if I could just get a cup of ice and he look like my ask was a huge deal and then made a snide remark (in Spanish) walking away and I then said excuse are you talking about me. He look confused because thats when he was aware that I not only understood Spanish but also spoke Spanish. I will say this that we will NEVER EVER go back to place ever again. And to boot he was the only server with 1 cook and if management was there their presence was not made known. Again mediocre at best and I would say less than mediocre. My last comment is no wonder IHOP is closing a lot of their restaurants down. It’s a no wonder why this place hasn’t been shut down yet.

This is our favorite place, The service with Eduardo is excellent and the food is great and the Servers are very friendly. Eduardo is one of the best servers. Will see you again! 🙂

I travel 100% for work so I don’t really expect anything special out of a Denny’s location but this place was nice quiet and it was extremely clean….Lisa was amazing! I just came from the gym and it was extremely cold in here which I actually prefer but because I was sweating I wanted to be in a little bit warmer location and she moved me to an area that felt much better!.. she even helped me select what I wanted to eat I get the same thing all the time but I modified it!

I used to LOVE going to IHOP! However lately the quality of food has gotten worse, the prices have risen to make matters worse. Manager is friendly. I thought it was just me, my family still wanted to eat there, since our Dennys shut down and we were left with just IHOP. The last visit was the last benefit of the doubt. The food made us sick! . It wasn’t just my imagination the food is off.

Great place to have a quite Christmas Dinner with close friends when you don’t want to cook. Our server Richard did a great job of keeping up with all his tables. The service was fast and friendly considering that they only had two servers on duty for Christmas Day. The food was served hot and fresh.
Kudos to those who work on holidays so the rest of us can eat out!!!

I say 3 because their food is always good, but the hash browns could use an improvement, and the customer service needs improvement. But, overall, the servers do a great job at managing this busy 60 frway/Archibald Location! Keep it up- nice work!
