This place is off the chain with its crazy selection of soft drinks, I ordered a dirty Dr Pepper which is just a Dr Pepper w/ coconut and vanilla added. I had a friend of mine order a crazy Starry which is just a Starry w/ Red Grenadine! I ordered the Pablo Burrito and it was huge!!! I only ate a third of it because I had a tamale al La carte. The only reason I gave it a 3 star for service is when I came back from the restroom to wash my hands everyone at our table was standing up!!!

I was wondering after we had just been seated why was everyone standing!!! Apparently someone had made reservations and was throwing a hissy fit because we got seated first!!! In the midst of all this confusion the owner finally found a space in the back for the reserved party and we were able to sit down in the original same place as before!!!

I give it a 4 for atmosphere since there is no place to review for outside decor!!!

Apparently the locals all know this place yet if you were driving by you would miss it as their signage is not lit!!! Just fix the neon sign or get a different one so it lights up and you can see the name from the hiway!!! You have the money the place is always packed!!!

I will post pics of my food if I can find them.

Here is the burrito and the tamale so delicious!!!

One of our regular spots to go. Been at least 15 times now. Foods great and service is quick! Absolutely love their rice and beans. Ribeye is good and chicken is always good too.

Called the day a couple of days before we were to have a Christmas party for employees (4 people total) trying to place a future order to-go. I was told “We don’t take orders ahead, you will need to call the day of around 10 AM to place your order to have it ready by 11:30”. Okay, no problem at all. I called at 10:15 the day of our party as instructed. When I spoke to the person on the phone again I informed him I would like to place an order to-go. He was VERY rude asking “Well what do you want then.” I proceeded to place my order, letting him know I would just need to have it done by 11:30 for pick up, so no rush. He told me it would be ready by 11:15 and gave me my order number. When I asked him if I could pay over the phone he got angry and rude telling me that they don’t take payment over the phone and they never have (I didn’t even bring up an issue with it because it’s my first time ever ordering from here). I said okay, that’s fine I will tell the gal who is picking it up that it will need paid for. When I asked for a total he told me “I don’t know” and hung up on me.

When my staff member went in to pick up the to-go order, the gentlemen at the front was EXTREMELY RUDE to her by telling her that her order was over on the table (nothing was labeled). She asked him if all of them were for her, in which he replied “Well did you open the bag and look”? Really!? Who says that to a paying customer?

The final straw was when she asked for a receipt (due to the company paying for the meal) his response to her was “We don’t give receipts” and walked away from her.

Needless to say we will NEVER be ordering from this place again.

I’m a truck driver and had to make a stop at Walmart, which is in the same plaza. Saw the restaurant lights from across the parking lot. They had a good amount of cars parked in front for it to be the middle of the week. Decided to walk over, and as soon as I walked in, someone greeted me at the door. The inside decor looked very authentic and the people inside looked like they were enjoying themselves. I was seated immediately and the waiter came right over to take my order. The food was very good and filling. I had to take a to-go plate.

Went there on the October 13 for my sons birthday. This is his and his fathers favorite place to eat. We told them it was his birthday and he was excited because he thought they would sing to him. They never did broke his heart. My husband comes in there at least a couple times a week and he said he would not come back. Do better El Rodeo.

This was a surprisingly good little Mexican restaurant. Pictured is the Fajita Rodeo, and it was excellent. I asked them to cook the vegetables well done, in order to help meld all of the flavors, and they cooked them perfectly. Most restaurants ignore that request, so I was pleasantly surprised when the food came out. This one dish was enough for both my wife and I, with plenty left over. The salsa and queso were both flavorful and unique. The sweet tea was also made correctly, for this southern boy.

Absolute favorite Mexican restaurant. Best salsa in town. Prices are great. Always seated fast regardless if they’re busy or not. Friendly staff, great service and food is always hot and fresh. They also make the best Amaretto Stone Sours.

Want there when I had a night off with friends, enjoyable experience until the check came. They charged me 2.50 for soda that I didn’t order, when I asked for a new check the waiter called me an asshole in spanish, and kept commenting about how poor I was that I couldn’t afford an extra 2.50. I speak Spanish. Worst waiting experience I’ve ever had across the United States.
