I was relieved to find this IHOP was clean and not smelling of grease. It does however have a smell of sewer, which they attempt to mask with air freshener It was a very different experience. Our server Evelyn was quick and kind. She knew the menu and the food was just what we ordered fresh and delish. You have to be careful when ordering the $6.00 special. This location is $7.00. This is for basic breakfast items. They charge for coffee, toast, everything else. Be careful, that can increase your value meal quite a bit. I don’t think I will be going back to this location due to that masked sewer smell.

I have eaten here twice already. I have sat in the same seat. The server which is the waitress has served me twice. Very nice, polite and will always come back and ask you. Are you okay? Good water (no chemical taste). Very fast service. Mediocre food. Ordered xtra crispy bacon but it was still floppy and nasty. Pancakes were ok but the table syrup container was CLOGGED with nasty old syrup. Checked 2 other tables to find a clean one. Server never checked in with us. Had to go find him to ask for a water refill. Colorado Omelette was ok but lacked salt. Chicken biscuit and pancake combo orders were fine. Loud music with even louder advertising. Asked them to turn it down and they did not.

I swear there are hardly any people there ever and if there are there are Very Few! The service is always wonderful and the food is quite good. If you’re ever in need of a place to kinda get away from everyone and have some space a nd quiet to think…..this is the place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Literally felt like I was invincible by the staff. The gentlemen cleaning the table as well as other employees walking to and from the kitchen looked my way but no one said anything; like the customary, “someone will be with you soon” or anything. They said nothing. A lady finally came to the front and she was nice and took me to a seat. In the 10 minutes that I sat at the table no one came to take my order, ask me if I wanted water, or even acknowledge I was there. What is even more strange, a gentleman that appeared to be the manager routinely walked up and down the aisle where I sat. He didn’t even look my way. Again, it was like I was invisible. I walked out after 10 minutes of sitting.

Popped in here for breakfast before my trip back to England and what an amazing place. The staff are excellent and polite and friendly and the food was delicious. I got two plates as I really just wanted to try them and I wasn’t disappointed. Breakfast biscuits are absolutely banging and the chicken and waffles (didn’t even know that was a thing ) are soooo delicious, though I just couldn’t squeeze all the waffle in …. finished up with a cupcake milkshake (think it was cupcake ) but dam that was good …. Awesome place

This restaurant hides the prices when paying it is different from what you ordered they take time to bring you the food they are bringing you thing by thing the manager Tony nothing professional I hope they make changes for the customers we deserve a lot of respect I never return to this ihop I prefer to spend my money better in Latin restaurant

DONT GO HERE This is the 2nd time I found HAIR IN MY FOOD! This 2nd was worse because the hair was mixed in with the food. Worst service took them 19 min to even come to my table after I called them twice.

This ihop was awful. People were leaving because the staff was a total of 3 on the floor including the manager. The food took so long, almost 2 hours. Service was inadequate. Won’t go here again. Party of 3. I love ihop but this not except able. More staff needed. The hostess was taking orders seating people and serving. It wasn’t that crowded. Anytime customers are here we are hungry. This restaurant must do better
