I’m going to echo what others have said. This is definitely the best IHOP I have been to, and since we’re a military family, we move a lot and have seen IHOPs across the country. It’s not a particularly nice neighborhood; most other restaurants in the area have signs up saying “please stop breaking in; we have nothing of value left”. But this place is clean and the staff is amazing, day or night. I always see them greeting regulars as if they’re family, they always have a smile, and it’s very clear that they and their customers have pride in the place.
The food is as good as I’ve had at any IHOP as well, and comes quickly. I’ve been pleased with everything I’ve gotten, and the general experience has been such a relief that we’ve been here three times this week, since we’re in the middle of unpacking from a PCS move. They offer a military discount, along with other various promotions, so it’s nice when we’re in the middle of a government shutdown, and the staff really feel like they’re looking out for you. IHOP corporate should be looking to give everyone that works at this one a big raise, because they’re the gold standard for a franchise restaurant.

Best food I’ve ever had from an iHOP, hands down. Service was amazing, and we will definitely be returning. The chef’s name was Ozzy, I believe. Our server, Viviana, was also amazing. If you can, try to visit on a Wednesday or Thursday.

My server was , he was very hospitable and attentive. My food was prepared perfectly and fresh. I received exactly what I ordered medium well steak tips and over medium eggs. The restaurant was clean and it wasn’t too cold or too warm, everything was just right. I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Nothing wrong with this place, very clean & the food was good. I give it 5 stars because everything was good about our experience. Our waitress was very kind & always available. Food was good, average and nothing to complain about. I have always been reluctant to eat here because of the area, but once you go in, it all goes away like you’re somewhere else. Kudos to them, I’ll be back again

I had a wonderful experience (11/19/25) @6:30PM, our server was the assistant manager with brown hair & highlights but I didn’t get her name 🙁 she was so amazing & patient w our four year old asking what she would like to eat. The food was really good & came out fast!

I placed an in person to go order. I patiently waited 30 minutes before inquiring about my order. My order had been ready and sitting. I requested strawberry syrup twice, which I didn’t recieve. Pancakes were cold and thin as crepes with a rough rubbery texture. I will never return.

Our server was awesome, Very polite, and funny. I ordered the steak tips (medium) and eggs (sunny side up) along side tres leches pancakes. Definitely enjoy my meal along side my family.

Went to Ihop shortly after opening on a Sunday, it was quiet, service was fast, and the waitress was very helpful. It was a table for three, none of our orders were wrong, and came quicker than expected. What really made it a relaxing morning was that we weren’t rushed out 30 minutes after receiving our orders. We were able to eat at a normal pace, talk, and enjoy the morning. Overall it was a great experience. Will visit this specific location again next time.
