I had breakfast at IHOP, I was greeted by Latasha who was kind and greeted everyone with a smile. My server was Rene who created me and gave me time to order. He never crowded me. Great way to start the day.

The place was packed but still my server Andrew was pleasant and upbeat. There were a few issues with my order like quite a few other tables but he didn’t hesitate nor take his time on correcting things and did it with a great attitude and smile. Went to have some of the delicious gluten friendly pancakes today but they were out! The rest of the food was good, but for those of us with limited options please try to do better keeping the pancake mix stocked. As we were leaving I heard someone else order them as well, so I wasn’t the only one wanting them today.

Came 1/24/26 for my Son’s birthday and Pedro (if Im not mistaken) was our waiter. He was so awesome, even with it being his 2nd day working! I would give him 10 stars just on his service!!! Great experience ❤️

I ordered fish. They bring it to me and say they are out of tartar sauce. So I ordered the turkey club. That was so gross and soggy! My husband orders an omelet and had to pay 4.00 for one slice of toast. What happen to sides? Never going back!

I am extremely upset and disappointed with how this situation was handled.
I placed a to-go order and was given the wrong food. I called the restaurant the same day to report the mistake and spoke with the manager on duty. He asked for my receipt information, which I provided, and told me I could come in at my convenience to have my order replaced.
Fast forward exactly two weeks later, I called back and spoke with IRIS, who said she is the new manager. Verbatim, she told me “there was nothing she could do” because the previous manager no longer worked there. That was it. No apology, no solution, no attempt to help in any way.
On top of that, her attitude was extremely nasty and unprofessional. I honestly don’t understand how someone with such terrible customer service skills is managing a restaurant. She offered no remedy whatsoever, leaving me no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.
I don’t care if this is IHOP or the Ritz-Carlton, if you work in customer service, the bare minimum is to treat customers with respect and attempt to resolve issues. If that’s too much to ask, then customer-facing roles are not the right fit.

First-Time Visit
I’ve lived close to this IHOP for a while but had never actually been until this past Sunday. I went with my Family — we expected it to be busy (it’s Sunday after all), but the wait wasn’t bad at all, maybe 15 minutes tops.
Our waitress was super friendly, but she did mess up our order. She said she’d fix it and then kind of forgot to bring what was missing. The food took about 20 minutes or more to come out, which I didn’t mind too much, but when it finally arrived my pancakes were dry and actually raw in the middle. I’ve never had that happen before — especially not at the International House of Pancakes!
It honestly wasn’t a great first-time experience, but I might give it another shot on a different day (definitely not a Sunday). If it happens again though, yea… I’m good.

Ihop seems it can be hit or miss, this location is not bad. Our experience was good and our server was very good. The food was typical for chain stores like this. Food was prepared correctly and no real complaints. The kitchen seemed short staffed and it took a little longer to get our food, but not a bad experience.

We stopped in while on our vacation about 11-6-25 in the late evening. The food and service were very good and our waiter was super-nice. The place was very clean. We were amazed to watch the military planes take off close by. Highly recommend this restaurant.
