Fresh coffee, delicious meal. I was very happy we stopped here to eat. Our server was amazing and took excellent care of us. She deserves a raise. I dont often goto Ihop but every now and then my wife who has is medically Gluten free wants some pancakes. Every time I goto the conway location, there is always a long wait. Today, my wife and I showed up, and we’re immediately seated. However after looking over the menu for about 10 mins when we noticed they hadn’t even taken our drink order. So we put down our menus and began to wait for a server. We waited 20 mins. With no service except to be seated, we left. Do not go here if you want to be served I a reasonable amount of time.

DO NOT, AND I MEAN DO NOOOOTT GET THE ONION RINGS WITH PANCAKES YOU WILL FEEL HORRIBLE AFTERWARDS. Great food and incredible service, though. Awesome store, if you are given the option to come to Conway’s IHOP, go. Also, I’d recommend going at sunset, as it’s just the most plan beautiful dang thing you’ll see. Something something, American melancholy, it’s got dang beautiful. No ants, contrary to popular belief, and off-puttingly quiet. 5/5. Just know that they dont have Coca-Cola products.

Hey Ya’ll. I had to stop for breakfast this morning after I had a sleep study done and am heading back home. I’m a little late posting this, but here goes. This location is awesome! The food was awesome, and the restaurant was clean. The server was excellent! I ordered a custom omelet with no cheese, with mushrooms, peppers, and spinach only. It was really good. I will definitely stop here again!

The service was horrible, we waited like minimum of 10 minutes to get our food and the waiter mixed up our order, gave my mother orange juice when she asked for coffee and then gave my father scrambled eggs when he NEVER orders scrambled eggs and then the waiter had to take his plate away just so he can give my father the eggs he wanted. We will never go back again

Sat, unacknowledged, for almost 30 minutes. Drinks came and were pretty much empty before food came out. When food did come out, it was only part of the order. We never did get the entirety of our order. Probably won’t be back.

Always so yummy! We love IHOP and we needed some hearty breakfast before we continued our holiday adventures! Tim was amazing and so sweet. He made sure our coffee was filled and was checking on us to ensure we had everything we needed. One of my eggs was a little underdone (my fault cause I ordered over easy but anywho) so he got it all fixed and brought me a hash brown to eat while I waited for fresh eggs I’ve been to a lot of IHOPs and this was my favorite experience thus far!! Thank you Tim!!

The service team was really something. The food is good and I had a great experience here. But the service was amazing the Host Allen made sure I was comfortable during my wait. And our waitress Jasmine was fantastic. We felt comfortable to sit and talk after eating without feeling rushed to go. I would absolutely recommend meeting friends or family here for causal get togethers!

I went in the other day to buy a gift certificate, but all was for naught.First when I walked in the heater was blasting in the lobby and it was 75 degrees outside. But that’s a different complaint. I waited almost 10 minutes before a waiter asked how many party , I told him I was just here to pick up a gift certificate. He looked confused and said he didn’t think they sold the here. I pointed to the display next to me and I said yes you do they’re right here. He said wait a minute and talked to at least 4 other wait staff and one assistant manager and they all said we don’t sell them. The store manager came out to see what the problem was, they told her and she said they didn’t sell them I should try Wal Mart they had them. Great training of your employees IHOP. That’s a thing i learned a long time ago when I started working. Probably won’t eat at that location again

I should have read the reviews on TripAdvisor, before we stopped for breakfast. It was 6:00 am, and there was only one other occupied table upon our arrival. The coffee was bitter, I think it was sitting there for a while. Our 2nd pot was better. My son’s chocolate pancakes were cold upon arrival. We had a party of 4, and my boys always like a variety of breakfast and they like to eat. The biscuits and gravy plate was cold also. I’m just disappointed, as it was just our table in there, and they couldn’t even serve us our food warm. The pictures of our food were very appealing. However; next time I will continue to drive on and eat somewhere else. The manager did credit the pancake plate after I brought it to his attention that they were served cold.
