When you’re debating on whether or not to eat your last piece of bacon, you know your breakfast was not good. Eggs and hash browns were ok, but had to add salt twice. Toast was dry, not buttered. And bacon was cold and flavorless. Seemed like it was cooked hours before. But even bacon can still be good cold. These just taste like unseasoned cooked meat. And even the coffee was just warm, not hot.

I have been to IHOP for 50+ years everywhere. Never have I seen such low quality food. Not hot bacon was not easily to even chew or bite on. It looked refried, and it was like leather. I cook bacon a lot at home, and that was not fresh cooked bacon not even close. And if it’s not, don’t give me old bacon, it should be cooked to Order. And typically of what I see in service and food these days. How can some of these young people even be managers? They don’t know how to talk to adults like an adult.

The service is good, but the management is poor. The food is bad; it’s nothing like it was months ago, and the menu is never complete. The waitress told me she couldn’t report my complaint because she was afraid of losing her job, since the manager won’t give them their check-out slip unless they go to a table and ask for a good review. I found this unacceptable because I had to give her a good review to get her to leave, even though the whole experience was disgusting.

Had a great experience at IHOP—Fernanda Carmona was awesome! She was quick, friendly, and very attentive. Everything came out right, and she made us feel welcome the whole time. Great service all around!

My wife had ordered the spicy beef tacos, but due to her allergy to chicken and eggs, we had substituted the eggs for their potato bites, and asked for the jalepenos removed because she just simply didn’t want them, and our waiter had to get someone else to finish taking our order because they couldn’t understand fully.
To start, most servers speak Spanish fluently, and understand little English. Which was a big cause of issues. When her food came, it still had jalepenos and was missing the cheese and salsa it came with. We sent it back to get remade correctly because of the jalepenos. Instead (not even 2 minutes later) they bring the plate back, food is cold, and it looks like all they did was go through it, remove the jalepenos and put it back together. To also realize the cheese was never on the tacos. At that point we lost our appetite.
Best recommendation is for either the restaurant to ensure that waiters and waitresses are fluent in both English and Spanish to help mitigate any complications

Keeping in mind we went on Christmas night with no high expectations due to other restaurants being closed. With that being said I didnt think the wait time was bad and we did notice the restaurant was short staffed. 2 cooks 1 manager 3 servers and a busser. There was a wait of about 30 mins to 1 hr which we had no issue with. The issue that we came across was when an employee who was off walked in told one of the servers she had a party of ten and was told she had to wait I guess she felt entitled enough that she didn’t have to wait and sat in an area that was closed skipping the several parties on a wait list in front of her. As if that wasn’t bad enough one of the cooks kept walking out of the kitchen to go chit chat and sit with said employee leaving the other cook struggling be herself. The staff was not going to do anything about it unless someone complained as per what all the customers overheard while we waited. I did bring it up to one of the servers and they brought it up to the manager. The manager told me herself that she had told the cook, who initially told the employee who was off to sit at that section, that she couldn’t do that, but the cook obviously has no respect for her manager nor the customers. The employee who was off also has no respect for anything as she was told no not only by a server but the manager yet she still did it. After I brought it up to the attention of the staff parties started getting sat quickly which also caused everyone to go on overdrive. The food was actually pretty good considering how disastrous the shift was. The service could have been better. It wasn’t that bad, but had the staff kept the pace they had before the entitled employee came in I think every table would have had a way better experience. All my comments come from a lot of observation and from working in the industry for 2 decades and from a GMs point of view. With a short staff the manager on duty was definitely set for failure and so were the servers.

My first time at this particular one.. Our waitress was very Nice.. and she did her job well. However I don’t understand why no one was keeping the dinning room clean…. It was several tables that needed tending to… My coworker enjoyed his meal.. my meal was good although it’s not what I ordered.. I wanted an omelette I got fried egg that was supposed to pass as an omelette… I do like fried eggs and it had a good taste.. but it wasn’t what wanted or was paying for. I really wonder why customers have to ask for real eggs .. you automatically give us eggs out of a carton. Should it not be the other way around. Especially in today’s health conscious society…

Walked in to no greeting or from person, waited ten minutes to be told to sit anywhere. Waitress was friendly, and precise. The coffee tasted old and looked like brown water as opposed to black coffee. I usually get the split decision which was a little off tasting but doable and double blueberry pancakes which were pretty good.
