First time visiting The Habit.
Decided to go to this location since it’s close by.
Located in nice shopping center with other restaurants and a Starbucks.
Plenty of free self parking.
The restaurant looks clean with plenty on indoor seating. I was greeted by the staff when I entered.
The menu is above the counter with lots of delicious options. I ordered the double charge burger and a five-piece chicken bites.
I substituted the bun on the burger with a lettuce wrap instead.
My order was freshly prepared and came out quickly. It was hot and juicy. You can taste the char… Yummy!
The chicken bites were good too.
Prices are reasonable considering the quality.

Tried ordering on Postmate at first, the order got canceled twice. Went in person to ask why and turns out that orders over $100 can only be made in person or by phone. Saved about $45 going in person instead of delivery. Order of 9 burgers, 7 sides, 2 drinks, and a shake took about 15 minutes and quality was not affected. Burgers were all great, and I recommend the fried green beans and the tenderloin sandwich, and the Nilla banana shake is tasty too.

My order was delightfully fresh : the sourdough was buttered and lightly toasted. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I am vegetarian and I requested they kindly replaced the chicken with mushrooms and the bacon with American cheese. The fries were soft, golden, and thick. The potato melted in my mouth to perfection. I appreciate the selection of condiments: salt, pepper, banana peppers, jalapeños, ketchup, and the other essentials. The restaurant was clean and the music played gently (3 for atmosphere). The employees were civil (4 stars for service). The restaurant’s stronger suit is the taste of their delicious food (5 stars). I wish I had a photo of the picturesque meal I had. (Also, major props for serving soda water and slices of lemon. You are true winners.)

This place fries plastic along with ur fries. You will gag if you smell their fries. Horrible customer service which leaves you no way to get direct contact with the store. “Press 3 for all other inquiries” in its automated phone service will simply tell you of their websites. Worst burger joint in my life.

Experience #2 the manager here is a joke. They gave me thr wrong salad so I went drive thru to get an exchange. Well that took forever and then they asked for me to park. I didn’t want to wait more so I asked for refund. I paid 10.79 and manager only gave me 9.79 cash. I asked for explanation and she said oh then the tax will be real funded back to card. That’s BS. So I asked to get salad. I went inside and questioned the refund again and manager was adamant they she was only shorting me 20 cents. I can’t believe manager cannot do basic arithmetic. Especially 10.79-9.79.

My partner and I got habit cheeseburgers because we felt like having a habit. It’s been a while since we had it. So, we thought we will get it. We ordered it on the app. My partner ended up ordering it. We got a meal that included a cheeseburger and fries and a Diet Coke and a cheeseburger by itself and a side of tempura green beans. Now, the fries were good and the tempura green beans were good too. But, when we started to eat the cheeseburger, I was so disappointed because the meat patty was not well done. It was still a little pink. It’s definitely has changed compared to years ago when my partner and I used to get a habit burger. We like our meat well done. We probably won’t come to this location anymore.

Update 5/14/2020 burgers suck. Meat is chewy and flavor-less. Missing condiments. Had a better experience at McDonald’s across the street
