I tried the Chicken Fried Steak. The steak was soaked in grease. The mashed potatoes were absolutely the most disgusting I’ve ever had: runny with an unnatural and horrible taste. The side of country gravy was thicker than the mashed potatoes. The waitress and management were clueless when asked about the pancoins rewards program. Overall: not recommended!

The server waited until the food was done to come tell me that they were out of crepes and asked if I wanted to substitute with something else. I say no just bring out the eggs and sausage it’s fine. She then brings out the food for the table and says that my husband’s meal is missing half the waffle but they are making the other half right now. As you will see in the photo, the half she brought out was burnt and crispy. She then didn’t bring out the remaining half waffle until we were completely done eating. She brought the ticket and came to tell me that ringing up the eggs, sausage and hashbrowns that I didn’t want nor eat would be more than the crepes that I ordered and didn’t get I asked for a manager. The manager took forever to come out and speak with us. She removed the chicken and waffles but still charged for the eggs and sausage but removed the hashbrowns. The eggs weren’t even over easy as requested when I didn’t get the food I wanted period. I feel like i shouldn’t have been charged….. the rest of the table all had complaints as well. The only thing that was good was the pancakes. In the photos you’ll notice it wasn’t like we ate it all then complained. A bunch of food was wasted unfortunately bc it was burnt, wrong or flavorless

Server was slammed at once with a few big tables so I expect a wait. What I don’t expect is a place who’s menu is focused around breakfast, NOT, have an egg cook or a line cook able to read tickets. Hard Scrabble with American cheese is not suppose to come with cheddar… It was fixed to a soft scramble with American cheese.. so, rule of thumb in the kitchen is you don’t send it back again… You just don’t eat and cross the street to McDonald’s(at least frozen eggs are cooked the same). When you order over easy… You don’t serve it over well and you don’t short the plate it’s bacon. One plate already went back, so we didn’t bother with the other order.. she just let it go. Apparently no one expedited so the extra strain was on the server to keep up with the big tables and small tables which would explain why we were shorted. Too much going on, if the manager wasn’t in the front, definitely should have been in the back of the house helping. Total disappointment with the entire experience. We won’t be coming back

Would have loved to give a great review but they are closing early because of the storms. We were very upset because we wanted to take advantage of their anniversary specials. online still says they are open until 10pm. They could have temporarily changed the hours. We ended up going to chili’s where they had regular hours.

I love this place, Kristina is an awesome server, and for half the price of Dennys, Perkins, or any of the common breakfast restaurants, you get great service, food is cooked as requested and they gave everyone who requested it a free short stack for national pancake day, these cakes were the size of a common dinner plate and the stack was 1 1/2 inches tall, incredible, all the food you see in the pics here cost $35 including coffee, this is my pick for best priced and best breakfast in Bullhead city.

Me and my family went in the morning and we were seated and we had to wait for 20 min just to order our drinks and told us that someone else would take our food orders and we waited another 10 minutes for that and we then waited an hour for our food they did give us fruit and a hashbrow and we were being patient but it still took a long time and at one point we were so hungry we were going to just pay for the drinks and leave but they told us to go back and the food would come soon and we still waited for 15 minutes. The food was okay and we noticed other tables we also waited really long to. We asked why it took so long at they said its cause they are short on staff in the kitchen and my sister told me that they shouldn’t have put many tables if they were that short on staff. But I don’t know if I would ever come again, probably not.

This has to be the worst IHOP I’ve dined in. We waited so long for our food for only 3 people. I understand it was a little busy but for the party of 5 next to us that got seated after us got their food and waiter way before us was aggravating. And the menus were all wet and sticky, and so were their floors.

If I could do zero stars, I would…we called ahead to ask about the wait time due to being a party of 11. We were told there was no wait. We get there 5 minutes later and they tell us there’s a 20 minute wait. We wait for 45 minutes before being seated. Many other parties showed up and got seated before us as we waited. We then wait about 20 minutes for the waitress to come take our drink order but by that time we had our order ready so we place our drink and food order at the same time. We then watched by as 6 other 4-6 people parties were sat and got their food while we had waited another 20 minutes for drinks and were told after waiting for them that they didn’t have enough ice cream for 5 milkshakes. We had to toddlers crying by this time because they were hungry. I asked the waitress to at least bring out some pancakes for the toddlers. She brought out 2 miniature pancakes. We then decided to leave after watching another party get their full food order. On our way out I spoke to the manager who stated she was sorry and could box our food up for us to go. We told her we didn’t want it anymore and she responded that she wasn’t going to charge us but she didn’t want to “waste” all this food. So we waited just for her (the manager) to come back out with 2 of the kid’s orders because that was the only food of our order that was ready after having we had placed our order 50 minutes ago. This was all beyond ridiculous and the worst experience I’ve ever been threw at a restaurant. The manager was not helpful and so unprofessional. I did not get the name of the manager because she was not worried and name tag. But it was the manager on duty today 5/21/23 from 9:20-12pm
