This ventanita by Esquina De La Fama is the definition of real Miami flavor. It’s the perfect little spot to grab a cafecito, a pastelito, or a quick bite and feel instantly at home. The service is fast, the staff is super friendly, and everything tastes fresh and full of that classic Cuban sazón. Whether you’re stopping by during a walk through the neighborhood or pulling up for a quick pick-me-up, the vibe is always welcoming. The cafecito hits every single time strong, sweet, and exactly how it should be. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is local and lively, and it’s one of those places that gives you the true Miami ventanita experience. Loved it, definitely a must-stop if you’re in the area!

Happened on this spot while visiting Calle Ocho. Very welcoming staff and owner. The food was so delicious. Best Cuban sandwich I’ve had. The fried chickpeas were amazing as well. The mojito was also beautiful and delicious. I was so pleasantly surprised by our experience and I would definitely visit again if in the area.

Absolutely loved our visit! We came across this place when we visited Little Havana and we are so glad we decided to give it a try. The Cuban mojitos were authentic and tasty (quite strong) with a stick of sugar cane. The staff were so friendly and happy. We had a great time listening to the musician who was very happy to accept requests. Wish we had eaten here now but that’s a good excuse to visit again.

We found this place after hopping off the hop on/hop off bus. Service was impeccable, our waiter was a gem, drinks were refreshing (mojito de maracuyá) food was delicious, they had live music at lunch (keyboardist) the owner was on premises and was such a charming and friendly man with the most positive outlook on life and shared the history of the place with our group. Cuban coffee after the meal was excellent. We bought some beans to take home. Highly recommend!

Visited this restaurant in Little Havana while exploring Miami—great atmosphere, live music, and very friendly servers that made us feel welcome right away.
We ordered a classic mojito (delicious!) and the Cuban sandwich, which was really tasty and well-made. The overall vibe was fun and lively, exactly what you’d hope for in this iconic neighborhood.
Since I don’t eat meat I went for the salmon as there are not many meat free options, hardly any. The salmon was overcooked, dry and tasteless. Just a heads up for my vegetarian and vegan friends.
The prices were shockingly high for what was offered. It felt like they were taking advantage of the tourist crowd. We left feeling a bit ripped off, which was disappointing, especially since the food and service were genuinely good.
Thankfully, the kindness and energy of the staff helped balance the experience, but I’d recommend checking the menu carefully before ordering

I came inside from a hop on/ hop off tour. I decided to try to famous mojito and I did not expect what I received. It bubbled and was not only delicious but beautiful too! I recommend the spaghetti bolognese! Espresso after lunch was also delicious. Amazing piano player and service was excellent. If you are in Little Havana, you should check this place out!

Just walking by and the friendly hostess “persuaded” us to come in. Best decision made! The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. On a hot day, the iced cafe con leche was delicious and refreshing and the food has been the best I’ve had in Florida yet! The shredded pork was so tasteful and succulent, the maduros made to perfection. Next time we’re here, this is the place we’ll be going to.

Music was not good, food was like a 5/10. I ordered a piña colada and it was okay. Honestly I had way higher expectations. The place is very much outdated and old.. also, it’s sort of pricey for the experience I had and gratuity was included which I didn’t mind the service but I just really didn’t feel like it was deserving because of the experience we had. Presentation was alright.
Unfortunately we won’t be returning.
