I’m never going here again!!! All the red flags were there. I knew when the table was dirty, I should have left. When we asked for a booth, we were told they were reserved!! Seriously! The waiter supposedly wrote down our order, then came back with warm coffee. Next, he came back with everything wrong. We asked for our food to be made with egg whites(they were regular eggs). I asked for blueberry pancakes, and he brought butter pancakes and some blueberry syrup. Now I’m getting upset. He then brings egg whites on the side. WHAT!! Asked for the manager, was told none was available. Now the kicker was when leaving and a group of teenager waitresses standing around the register and podium asked how was you meal? I replied, “Not good, I don’t think I will be back. One of them said, “Well, have a nice day anyway,” and they all started laughing like children!! What a horrible first-time experience. With so many food choices, I suggest trying some others. It’s not worth it. Never has breakfast been so himulating!!

I wanted to try the new Eggs Benny, the spicy pablano looked and sounded promising, but I was incredibly disappointed! I sent the meal back once because it had obviously been sitting under the warmer WAAYY too long. Plate was hot, eggs were dry and overcooked, and the hollandaise had congealed. The second time wasn’t much better. The eggs were basically hard boiled and the hash browns were burnt. I figured, “I’ll just eat the meat”, unfortunately there were only 2 bites of that. My server was clearly irritated with me, but her service overall was fine. I was slightly annoyed that I had to request the poorly done meal be removed from my tab. I hate being “that person” but I work hard for my money and I expect that a kitchen, any kitchen, be cognizant of that fact. I don’t want to give my money away in exchange for disappointment.

I came in at 0640 and seated right away. This place was not busy. I waited 15 minutes. No one came over to greet me or take my drink order. So, I left. I wrote a note on a napkin and left it by the register.

Pancakes were hard and cold. Our server never came back to the table to check on us. Finally another server asked if she could help and we explained what was going on. She got the manager and we explained what happened and we just asked for the check so we could leave. Instead of removing the cost of what was to cold and hard to eat from the bill I get offered a senior discount. Very bad service and management. Would not recommend this restaurant.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had with any breakfast place. It was nearly a 2 hour experience and the first hour and a half was waiting for our food which we ordered right after sitting down because we all knew what we wanted. By the time I got the food it was cold like it had never been cooked at all but since we were starving we just sucked it up so it wasn’t an all day event. There was a hair in one of the meals and when we told the server he was like “oh sorry” and walked away.. One order was Belgian waffles which take 2.5 minutes to make on a normal basis(I understand it’s a restaurant). He was the last to get his food after most of us had already finished with our meals because it took 20 more minutes to come out. It was at least somewhat warm. Even trying to pay was a disaster. The manager didn’t know what was going on and had to call the server back to finish paying. I’d recommend literally anywhere else. Save yourself some agony.

Nice and quiet on Fridau evenings. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. There were no issues with our order at all. And everything was delicious and just the right temperature. Eggs were cooked right, and I’m picky with my eggs. Great experience!

Showed up starving after work about 515. Restaurant is dead. I asked if I could do “Hoppy Hour” to go and answer was no. I then said I’ll sit at a table and eat some here, no problem. The waitress then went on to say I couldn’t take anything home, regardless of if it was on special menu. She then confirmed with manager who clearly misunderstood me. I said I would eat here and possibly need a to go box as I was also ordering regularly priced food. They kept going around in circles not understanding me. Refused to serve me special menu. I’m a good tipper, the restaurant was dead and management thought turning away a customer was the right decision. Poor management. Any other customer could order anything they wanted and take home leftovers. I got tired of explaining myself and left.

When we got there the blond waitress was not friendly. She took forever to take our order. We ordered before two other groups and they got their food first. She doted over one particular table and ignored us. 1 hour later we still hadn’t received our food. And the others already got theirs. We’ve never waited that long before. We left. Not going back there and we always go there. We believe we were being discriminated against because of our service dog. And the waitress sucked.

If you want to waste your time definitely come here. I had the absolute worst time here. Me and my group were nicely welcome by a waiter but it just went down from there. They sat us down and gave us our menus. We told them the drinks we wanted and they left. The fact that we waited an ENTIRE HOUR just to get drinks. When one of my guests ask the waitress how long the food would take, the waitress said that she didn’t even put the food in yet. OUTRAGEOUS. All we wanted was to have a nice food filled brunch but we couldn’t even get that. I MEAN HOW HARD IS IT TO FIX FIVE CUPS OF WATER! We were all famished to the point where we just picked up and left. We didn’t even pay or leave a tip because we didn’t even get our food. YOU ALL LOST MANY PAYING CUSTOMERS! Very disappointed do better IHOP.

Steer clear from this location. The staff are more concerned about their phones than actually catering to the guests. The food was terrible… Under cooked bacon and sausage and over cooked pancakes.
