Seems as if this location (not sure why) but they have just the same service as the others in Phoenix. “Or at least the part of Phoenix I grew up in” the food this time was HORRIBLE! I ordered the spicy chicken melt and the cheese (shredded) wasn’t even melted. The onion rings weren’t cooked all the way either. The only thing I felt that was good were the pancakes. Thankfully this is my last weekend in Phoenix so we won’t be back at this location. Also tips are based off service. If my glass is empty which has been for 25mins without any server asking if I wanted a refill and our “server” was a manager Or at least she looked like one. You must check to see if your guests are settled instead of standing there looking mindless! What a waste of money

Everything was pretty good here. Service was quick. The table was dirty upon arrival. I did ask the waiter to clean it off before we sat down and she was pleasant about it. Food was hot and came out quick. Only 1 other family there when we came. We enjoyed the food. Our waiter was attentive. The chef cooked the food nicely and presentation was great. Visiting from TX and would return to this location if I ever visit again

The service was very slow. The food was not right. The pancakes were dried out and stale. The hash browns had to be fried in oil that was nasty tasting. Both my wife and I did not finish our meal.

First of all my husband and I base our tipping by the service we’re provided. The waitress did the basic so we decided to tip her accordingly via CASH. I downloaded the IHOP APP to give it a try. I figured that it wouldn’t be as complicated to use to cash out. If you aren’t paying attention the APP automatically sets the gratuity at 18%. Not realizing this I paid my bill. Once I realized that the amount was incorrect I immediately asked for the managers assistance to correct my mistake. She proceeded to go to the register and stated I gave you a refund, you should be fine. Turns out almost 2 months later, multiple emails and a couple of phone calls my money has not been refunded. I wasn’t even offer a gift card or anything else to remedy the situation. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHEN YOU PAY BECAUSE YOU’LL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK. At this point I’m going to contact my bank for a full refund. I’m a busy individual like most of us and it should not take 2 months to get an issue resolve. Management at this location has dropped the ball.

smelled so bad inside, the bathroom smelled better lol not even trying to be rude. dirty bugs all over the floor and dirty everything. food took almost an hour to get but my cousins and i entertained ourselves. got charged $4 for a sprite that was actually soda water so i cleaned out silverware with it waitress did not walk by our table or check up on us for over 40 minutes and when she did it was to bring us the check. i work in a restaurant so this was very disappointing but that’s what ihop is all about (my visit was during the minion menu era, a little late to post)

Absolutely hot garbage tonight. The waitress never brought refills or even ask if we wanted them, I had to ask for another coffee. I got the French toast and it was soggy and uncooked; it was like I was just eating raw egg soaked bread. My husband got a breakfast platter that was half portioned, soggy pancakes, the fried eggs were busted, and it looked like half of the hash browns were eaten. The cooks and waitress were sure having a good time laughing it up in the kitchen. Too busy playing around to actually cook a good meal. We paid $40 for this nonsense. We should have just walked out. Don’t go to this location. I never will again.

Food was great and the waiter was well trained,but…..I was by myself and when he laid the check down the total was 32.00. Whoa! I didn’t recognize the items on the ticket. I called him over and, “oh I made a mistake I’ll fix it. The correct total was 18.00. This is an old trick. If I had paid the 32.00 he would have paid my check and pocketed the difference. My 50 years in the restaurant business paid off!

The restaurant was not busy which was nice. The server was pleasant however her attention to detail is lacking. There where other guests that where just seated got faster service. When the food came it was unfortunately cold. The server told us that the heat lamp was broken. Since they new that the food should have been served once it was done.

Horrible service, place was empty and still had to wait to be seated for 15 minutes, there was no host. Then 20 min to take order. Then food was horrible, no seasoning, pancakes were warm in microwave. There was a coffee decanter in my table from a previous client that they never remove
