Absolutely love the create your own omelette options at IHOP. This bad boy has the following ingredients :: cheddar cheese, spinach, bacon & mushrooms with a 2 ounce portion cup of salsa & delectable, buttermilk pancakes. I always love going to IHOPs and I’m grateful for how consistent they are as far as producing quality at all of their locations across the board. Tonight David was my waiter, and he was extremely attentive and on top of this game. We really need to have more waiters out there like David. He’s a prime example of optimal customer service.

Very good the EGGS were cooked to perfection as well as everything else the was brought to the table. Alex was my waiter and he was extremely nice and on point with checking in. I highly recommend going here for breakfast, lunch and or dinner.

I ordered a breakfast burrito, it was delicious! It came with a side of salsa and an additional side of my choosing. My server was Robin, she was extremely attentive and very helpful with explaining how I could customize my items. She really made the entire experience enjoyable and great!

Usually have a great experience at this location but tonight was depressing. Server was Carmalita came in at 11:15pm got sat and all she did was take our drink order came back with only one drink and never came back to our table to take our order or grab our coffee. Sat there waiting for our server to come back she never did she sat down to eat her own meal and took a phone call the other server on the floor also ignored us and saw us leave at 11:40pm. We paid $5 for the one drink we got and left. Very upsetting.

I chose to eat at IHOP because they have always accommodated me in the past by making the steak omelette wrapped in a crêpe instead of eggs, since I do not eat eggs.
When I placed my order with Dulce, she initially told me I would be charged extra. Then she said they could accommodate me, but immediately followed that by saying the cook would not do it. I asked multiple times for her to please ask the cook directly. She gave me attitude before finally agreeing to ask.
She later returned and told me the cook said no, adding that she has worked there for nine years and that they do not do that. This was confusing, as I have had this exact order made for me at IHOP before.
I am not upset, just disappointed by the lack of willingness to accommodate a reasonable request and by how the situation was handled. Customer service and flexibility are a big reason I choose where to eat, and this experience fell short of that expectation.

Went for breakfast with family. Hadn’t had the chicken fried steak in a while and it was oh so delicious! Had it loco moko style 🙂 chicken fried steak topped with gravy. then topped with hash browns, then over medium two eggs 🙂

smelled so bad inside, the bathroom smelled better lol not even trying to be rude. dirty bugs all over the floor and dirty everything. food took almost an hour to get but my cousins and i entertained ourselves. got charged $4 for a sprite that was actually soda water so i cleaned out silverware with it waitress did not walk by our table or check up on us for over 40 minutes and when she did it was to bring us the check. i work in a restaurant so this was very disappointing but that’s what ihop is all about (my visit was during the minion menu era, a little late to post)
