We enjoyed our food. The breakfast platter that has a little bit of everything for the one who is undecided is awesome! I recommend trying it. The service was good. The waitress struggled a little bit but she did what she could to make things right which is what matters. I recommend trying this place out!

BEWARE OF YOUR PAYMENT!!!!!!
At this IHOP two times it was a Hispanic girl with a tattoo on her left elbow it says 1967 Wen she is ready to take your payment. She locks her iPad so you have to pay her the tip that she sets it to. If you don’t call her back to unlock it and do a custom one you will pay what she locked her top on her iPad and you have to pay!!!! Her iPad will not give you any options but to CONFIRM N PAY!!! so I did not click on anything. I asked her to come back and unlock it so I can customize it this time !!!! we were there before and we had to pay the % she set it too, and it gives you no choice but to confirm payment. So be prepared!!!!!

We come here every year for my son’s birthday. It’s kind of a tradition. Service is usually pretty quick. I am almost always seated quickly. Today they were full and backed up it seemed. The food is decent. They sang happy birthday to my son which was great. I will continue coming.

I came into the 2100 s 300 w location this morning at 4:45am, and waited a good few minutes for the waitress to come tell us she wasn’t taking any more tables. I thought they were open 24/7. So we came down the street to Dennys. Won’t go back there.

The restaurant is clean, and the food is about what you would expect. For the second visit in a row, the service was so bad it felt passive aggressive and contemptuous. They go out of their way to ignore you, and it’s not an issue of being short staffed. I’ve had much better luck at the downtown location.

To start, the waitress reeked of pot. Then there was a person in the womens restroom, passed out against the sink with stuff strung everywhere and staff did nothing about it, even though they were aware. The food was alright, but had pieces of other stuff like the grill it was cooked on hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Our waitress disappeared and another had to bring us our check. This is normally our go to ihop location when in the area, but that will probably change.

My server Evelyn Was absolutely incredible!! Top notch to say the least. She was extremely attentive and tome efficient threw out my entire dinning experience from the moment i walked through the doors. She had a spectacular positive and upbeat attitude and put off a contagious energy. As far as service goes, she truly did an amazing job in every single aspect. I had a great experience and would certainly recommend this particular location to anyone looking to have an amazing breakfast, as well as recommend Evelyn for anyone looking to receive amazing service and enjoy the entire donning experience that someone is looking to receive when dinning out to eat at any restaurant.
