Chic Fila Madison use to be so quick. Not anymore. Inside staff seems completely different than it once did. Hardly any workers compared to years past. If you are in a hurry may want to reconsider the drive thru.

The location I visited was dirty and clearly needs more attention to cleanliness. I hope management addresses this, because it’s not the standard I expect from Chick-fil-A.

This Chik Fil a used to be very efficient and well organized. The last few times we have been there in the drive thru, they have messed up our orders, only half-filled fruit cups, did not put straws in the bag, were much slower than previously, etc. The management is going downhill or they’re not hiring good workers anymore.

Cedric needs to work on a his customer service skills just a little bit more. He wasn’t friendly and he act as if he couldn’t open his mouth. Normally, we’re greeted and told which car to get behind, but today we had to figure it out on our own. So disappointing!

This is absolutely the worst managed & slowest CFA we have ever visited across 7 different states. In addition to the restaurant being dirty, it took almost 30 minutes to receive our food—and all we order was a spicy chicken sandwich and an ice cream cone.

Ive only been to this location 3 times. 2 out of the 3 times I have gotten raw/undercooked chicken nuggets. The fries taste like the freezer every time and are always cold. Bad quality and gross. This place is gonna get somebody sick.

I’ve never felt so unimportant and disrespected at a chick-fil-la. I came today with a group of friends while we are traveling and hoping to have a fast, easy, and good meal. I got the opposite. When we first got there a friend of mine asked the dinning room worker if we could connect two tables he said “Your asking the wrong person” and walked away. FOOD: we had three orders that were cold, one order of a PCC with a gluten free bun and we received the bun but nothing else, and as I was sitting down eating my 8ct nugget I notice one tasted weird. I then looked at the chicken to see it was undercooked and a little purple. My friend next to me found some of her nuggets purple as well and threw her food she was so disgusted. As I got up to to throw my food there was a worker sitting down (clearly on break or not clocked in yet) and his legs were spread out through the isle I said “excuse me sir” he then barley moves one foot and just stares at me. I stare back waiting for him to fully move, he eventually did and said not a word to me. As a chick fil la worker (ESPECIALLY IN UNIFORM SPECIFICALLY) your trained and expected to be hospitable, respectful, and

Love love love this Chick-fil-a! Service is top notch, restaurant is clean and the food is always correct and delicious. Plus they have a play area so my little is happy too!
