You know when you go out to a restaurant it’s typical to recieve mediocre service? Not today, not at the Murray, UT IHOP! OH no! My party ( which consisted of 9 people) were in for a real treat. Ariel was our server. She is a true legend in the culinary world. She catered to our whole party like the pro She is. When I go back to this establishment I will make sure to ask for her. She is the face of IHOP. Furthermore, if I owned a restaurant, I would hire her away in a second! Ok, that being said, the foor qas cooked to order and exceeded my expectations. The cooks did a fantastic job. I like my bacon cooked almost black and it’s weird how hardly any restaurant can cook it correctly. This Murray IHOP was 100% spot on. Great job Ihop!!!! A+

Our server, Rock, was very kind and patient with our large family. He was very clear with his questions and we all (9 people) got our orders correct. He made sure to check up on us and refill our drinks once we were low. He reassured us we weren’t bothering him with your indecisive family members. The food was amazing and we all got exactly what we ordered and the food exceeded our expectations. All of the workers helped each other with passing out plates and setting up tables. This will always be my go-to IHOP.

Candis was “EXCEPTIONAL”! Her ability to take care of my many needs, AND the other patrons, was very very impressive. Her skills are many and her vibe was on point! I am very surprised and please at the “positive” at “home” pleasant feeling I had the minute I walked into the establishment and my interaction with Candis set the tone for my day. Thank you Candis for knowing what customer service means and doing your job with kindness and care.

Ariel was very attentive and had a great attitude. The Halloween decorations were very exciting ESPECIALLY THE SPIDERS!!! parking was plentiful. Our Cholula could have been full but that’s just me being picky.

Ease of being seated. Service was good, family loved the food. Hashbrowns were the best in years. Alex was helpful, although he gave a small to go container for leftover pancakes, which needed squishing to fit.

Cooper was very attentive. He had a family ordering the bottomless pancakes one at a time instead of everyone at once. If he found this annoying, he never gave an indication.. Very good service.
I had the fisherman’s platter. I was actually quite impressed. I was not expecting much. The fish were battered perfectly. Good flavor. Not over battered, yet crisp and crunchy. The shrimp were amazingly plump and very tasty. I would suggest having malt vinegar on hand.

Our server, Rock, was awesome, super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. The food came out hot, tasted great, and overall the visit felt really welcoming. Definitely one of the better IHOP experiences I’ve had. If you go, I hope you get Rock as your server, he made the meal even better!

Our server Lizzy was great today. She made sure our coffee was always full, very pleasant and made us feel welcome. Mikki the General Manger checked to make sure our food was good and we had a good experience.
