Great experience. Went on a Saturday, a little busy. Waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Got water promptly, ordered about 5 minutes later. Food took about 10-15 min to be ready. Our waitress came around often enough to get us anything we needed but not so much it got annoying.

What first came to my table was far from what I ordered and the only thing correct was cold (hash browns). Also, this store doesn’t provide carafe of coffee and waitress not paying enough attention to notice when I was empty. Also, no water was brought to table. While I would like to have sat a bit and drank more coffee I felt rushed to take care of my check.

I went on free pancake day and enjoyed the pancakes. My only complaint is the complaint I have every time I go to IHOP which is that they don’t know how to cook an over medium egg. They always rush it and the yolk is still completely liquid. The hash browns I ordered were amazing though. Salty and crispy, just like I like them.

So me and a friend got here about 11pm or an hour before closing tonight so I was anticipating that things would be a little slower than usual. But we weren’t seated for about 10 minutes and then they didn’t even get us drinks and take our orders for about 30 min after that.

Went to IHOP at 7am this morning. I was the only customer. When I walked in they immediately seated me and got me going right away. Waited under 10 min and my food was ready and fresh. The food was hot and delicious. Pancakes were always great. The spinach and mushroom omelette was hot, fresh and delicious. Loved it. Alexia, who was my waitress was very helpful from start to finish. Left her a good tip for helping serve me with good food and checking on me while I was eating. Thank you! Highly recommend this IHOP location. Very attentive staff and great fresh food that I really enjoyed. Got free stack of pancakes now for my next visit. I’ll be back for some more fresh delicious pancakes .

Food was ok. The service started good. But our server did not notice that there was no silverware on the table. After serving our food we noticed we got a plate we did not order and we had no silverware. We asked for silverware and she apologized and said she would bring it right out. Them we sat waiting with our food on the table. After several minutes we had to go track her down and ask again. She said she forgot.

My only complaint is the sewage smell in the ladies’ bathroom. Every time I’ve gone here, since 2003. My husband said a plumber needs to fix the p-trap and it’ll never be a problem.
