There was no filling with the cinnamon crepes. Absolutely no filling no chocolate drizzle on top. No strawberries over them. Just sweet cinnamon ‘sauce’ and that’s it.

My family and I came in for brunch and our server Tiffany D was fantastic. She was prompt to say hello, kind, friendly, happy & engaging. Her smile was infectious. Her personality was welcoming. She was quick to take our order and our food came out warm, quickly and it was great. Tiffany D was by far the best server we had. Her skill set should be a template for the service industry. We will request to sit in her section every time we come in.

Terrible experience. I tried calling to place a to go order on August 8 at 11:53pm. I was on hold for 11 minutes and finally just hung up and decided to order in person. The servers had no idea what to do and honestly it is kind of embarrassing. We stood at the front for at least 7 minutes with no one greeting us. The server didn’t even understand really what a to go order is…. truly a shame the work ethic is here. It’s just common sense. I rated one star only because I need to put something. If I could 0 STARS.

You been to one IHOP you’ve been to all of them. Went for the $5 all you can eat pancakes. Seemed to be a lot of drama coming out of the kitchen and servers apologizing for things being so slow. Arrived around 11:15 AM and it was pretty busy. I’m guessing they were short of kitchen staff which seems to be common these days in restaurants.

It’s a good ihop. They all pretty similar and this is no exception. The waitstaff was friendly, service was prompt. No one yelling at anyone at this one, so slightly a cut above. Clean. No sticky tables. Easy parking. No Coke Zero.

Stayed in the hotel next to this Ihop. Ordered dinner online after a long drive to Boise. Received a text stating food would be ready at 7:05, showed up at that time and had to wait half an hour to get our food. The food was okay but the portions were small compared to what we have gotten when eating in other Ihop restaurants. I also ordered 2 milks but the restaurant was out of milk. Instead of just crediting it to the order, I was told to call the manager the next morning for a refund. I was left on hold for over 10 minutes the first 2 times I called, finally got the manager the third time. He first stated that he can’t give refunds on orders that have left the restaurant, I told him there were no managers on duty when I was there and the waitress told me to call the next morning. He then wanted me to bring in my debit card so I did. Even though I had the receipt from the night before, he couldn’t figure out how to give a refund of $2.39. I told him to forget it and walked out.

This place doesnt even deserve a one star. Me and my wife came in and took over an hour to get our food and our server the gentleman with tattoos was very poor with his attitude went to other tables to complain about his other tables while we all could here and would get side tracked when the cook in the back would yell for tickets and he would simply just walk by… I would recommend management to take this seriously as this is unprofessional and the poor lady walked out because she heard her food order get yelled 5 times. Do not go to this location at night the server was very well spoken how he hates his job and hates people and complaining while taken out order…

IHOP remains a favorite of mine. I love the fact that this location is open 24 hours a day, & their senior, menu breakfast food selections & pricing are a choice I always enjoy. The server was borderline pleasant, but not quite as cheerful as what I’m used to. The food was served reasonably soon & tasted yummy. I will come back!
