Good spot for any meal. We shared the country fried steak. They brought an extra plate without us even asking. Very nice. Prices are reasonable and the food quality is good. The restaurant is very clean and well taken care of. Service is quick, efficient, and polite.

IHOP on Stetson Hills is my favorite I am fortunate to have a weekly regular meeting there with other business Professionals. I have met in the meeting rooms at four different IHOPS in this town. This franchise always builds a back room large enough to meet with larger parities. I have hosted Chamber of Commerce Breakfasts, Church men’s groups, and Network Groups at IHOP’s The Management Team works with us to give us quick options that can be prepared quickly and affordable. My meal is always prepared perfectly; Two eggs, sausage and sour doe toast with jelly. I have met clients for lunch as well. Chicken fried steak is great, burgers, sandwich’s, or a steak and egg option always in play. I love the IHOP is kid friendly. They make pancakes with smiles on them and the kids just light up. Camden is favorite server he is always on time, has our tables in place, clean, and has water and silverware ready for everyone. Our meeting starts at 0900am however a small group of us meet at 0700am and we are usually eating before our meeting even begins. Camden is always friendly, professional and patient with our group. We appreciate the start to the day we have with him. This IHOP has plenty of free parking. It is kid friendly and handicap accessible. I love the location it is right off Powers Blvd and right across the street from a church and shops. I great part of this neighborhood. I would highly recommend IHOP for meetings, breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is a great restaurant.

Very disappointed in the food. Service was fine, very friendly waitress and kept the water coming, but I waited 40 minutes for my entree and when it finally arrived the mashed potatoes were cold and it had to go back. An hour after arriving and I still haven’t eaten and will be leaving hungry and unsatisfied.

Most disappointing order I’ve ever gotten from ihop. My bacon came completely burnt to a crisp and my omelette was over cooked with just a lump of spinach on top. They didn’t even add the hollandaise the omelette comes with. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.

I’ve been coming here for a while and never felt disappointed until this morning. The food was still great, but the Hispanic girl that took care of my table should keep checking on me more often. I finished my meal at 11:20am and waited to be checked out but she was nowhere to be seen. I had an appointment coming soon and had no way to get out of there. I tried to ask another server to check me out but she said it had to be by my server’s some kind of number of which she didn’t know, so then she went into the kitchen to let my server know. It was not until 11:35 – 11:40am that my server showed up (that’s around 20 minutes). And even when she did, she didn’t really pay attention to what was going on at my table and another girl had to come ask me if I was ready to pay, then took my money and handled it to her. I hope they are going to do something about this and get better.

Ordered 3 kids meals and senior 2x2x2. Bacon was raw. Ordered over hard eggs and the whites of the egg were runny. Defeats the purpose of over hard. Paid $10.29 for that disaster of a seniors meal. The kids hated their bacon. Wanted to pay on the app but the payment screen never loaded. Very disappointed in what IHOP has become.

Wednesday morning 8/23/23 around 8am I stood at the hostess counter waiting for even acknowledgment. Another customer walked in and used the bathroom, came back and sat down. Still no one except giggling and conversation I’m assuming in the kitchen area. The customer waiting behind me was irritated and walked into the kitchen asking if anyone was working the front today. All I heard was altitude from whoever was working and I left. This location at Stetson Hills needs training and or disciplinary action upto and including termination.

Sat after we ordered at least 50 minutes before our food came. People that were sat down after us in our servers area got their food first and were done eating before our food came. Hash brown were cold and undercooked, we asks for eggs over medium and they was more like over easy. Sausage was cold.

I haven’t been to I happen a long time. It was not too busy, it was clean and the service was really good. The staff was friendly. All of the food came out on time everything was correct, hot, and juicy.
