Mr. Lois and Ms. Gina, gave us a great greeting and welcome again. Thank you for calling to inform me of my free entree, Mr. Salvador and Mr. Raul the Chefs really did a fantastic job preparing the food, especially my build your own omelette, it was spectacular. My spouse ate everything on his plate! Luis was very attentive again with us and the many tables he was successfully serving. I saw the gentleman busing tables and he tended to keeping the restrooms refreshed! What outstanding customer service all the way around!!

We ate at the IHOP on Stetson Blvd on the 4th of July. We were seated right away and got our drinks right away. The sweet ice tea was great. I ordered a pancake combo, and my wife ordered an omelet with sreak. Everything was quick, and the food was great. High marks for everything except the parking area. There is a huge pothole in the parking area that needs to be addressed!

Kiara is hands down the reason we keep coming back to this IHOP! Ever since we found out they’re open 24 hours, it’s become one of our go-to spots — and she makes it even better every time. She’s incredibly kind, attentive, and always gets our orders perfect, even with all of our extra requests. She’s on point every single visit. It was a wonderful time, visited twice in one day. Went and got drinks the first time while waiting for a scheduled thing and came back for food. Both servers were fantastic and were very accommodating with any needs we had. Both servers also insured their regulars were happy which is important to me for a restaurant that I would like to regularly visit, new guests and regulars were perfectly cared for. Thank you for the wonderful experience and the easy check out. For a popular place for family and groups, it is actually pretty accommodating to those who get easily overwhelmed.

Went the day after Christmas, after being ignored at another place we came here and it turned the day around!! Our servers were phenomenal and quick. Good spot for any meal. We shared the country fried steak. They brought an extra plate without us even asking. Very nice. Prices are reasonable and the food quality is good. The restaurant is very clean and well taken care of. Service is quick, efficient, and polite.
