Almost all the tables were dirty. Extremely slow and unattentive service (from when I walked in to when i got the bill took over an hour)To top it off there was a fly cooked with my eggs, I did not receive a discount when I was told I’d get one.

Just in case you are wondering what the hell do I eat there? The new remodel reminds me of Hawaii and Cali beach vibes….in the mountains… probably I’m the small percentage of people who noticed that new remodel from old dinner to hip beach diner vibes ..the things hanging over the hanging lamps make me laugh .. funky.
The people there are always working hard and smiling. Sometimes the drink refills are slow and sometimes they are really fast.
I love the music in the kitchen better than in the dining hall!
Our server was friendly and quick.
Our table had that syrup caddies. 90% of the caddies in the whole restaurant looked like this. It’s an easy detail to miss. I get it.

Food cold, eggs wrong, guy who took our order clearly hates his job and had no interest in doing it or even pretending like he enjoyed it, and felt slight bit of discrimination over not being dressed like I’m wealthy enough to leave big tips and not being Hispanic. (The difference between the way the host treated us vs the Hispanic woman next to us who could also speak Spanish was as clear as night and day) I’m not going to be in Boulder so there’s no way to fix this just learn from and try to do better is all I can ask!

Do not order the crepes!!!!! Dry, no taste! I asked the waitress if I could return them for pancakes, she looked confused and looked at a dude that was working there. She looked worried! It was very strange. I absolutely did not want pancakes then! I just wanted to leave. &20.50 later. Did not get full. She did not discount my meal. Go to Dots Diner instead!

Understaffed!!! A smell of burning plastic emanating from the kitchen, which were seated by, made all of us feel sick. The food wasn’t much better. No taste! Took long. People going to the kitchen to pay their bill. You copy this to the franchise! Never going back ! We asked for extra napkins . When the waitress brought them back, she accidentally dropped them on the floor. Then handed them to us! There is something very wrong at this restaurant!

I always enjoy IHOP every once in a while. The food can be pretty tasty, especially for the prices. I recommend getting the app for there are always discounts on it. It’s not the best restaurant out there but to have satisfying food that is open 24 hours, it is worth it. I ended getting their New Mexican bowl and it was really good. I was impressed by the flavor, especially of the salsa. The pancakes were alright but I couldn’t complain too much since they were free

The food was so good. I never tried spicy shredded need before! It’s delicious! But one star less for the waitress. She was sleepy. Wasn’t even there when we go. The place seems like a graveyard.
