Visiting Colorado Springs. Decided for a quick dinner. The food was delicious. Our server was very attentive to us and his other guests. Took time to ask us about where we were from. Very attentive as we ate. Came by a few times to check on us. Overall will visit again for breakfast and see how they do. Hit the mark for breakfast. Buttermilk Biscuits with the gravy. Yum. Especially when the gravy is still hot.

We visited this Ihop years ago and vowed to never return. It’s obviously under be management and was one of the best Ihop experiences we’ve had, especially late night. We had about 20 people reserved for their room. It was ready and the service was fast and efficient. The ladies there were so nice and helpful. The restrooms were very clean as well. Our group will return.

We went to the restaurant on a Sunday at 5 pm, and there were a lot of people and only one waitress. She had 15 tables it was crazy she did her best she was running the whole show. The food was good.

For my husband’s birthday, he wanted to get some breakfast and then go to the Downtown Aquarium. We’d bought tickets for a morning slot, so we had to get breakfast early. Despite the early hour, the hostess was waiting and ready, greeting us warmly as soon as we walked in, and she seated us right away. Our server then came right over to take our drink order, followed by our food order a little while later. She proactively asked if she could bring us hot sauce or anything else when our food was served, and did a great job checking on us throughout, without overdoing it. The server really had the timing down like a pro! Super friendly staff and wonderful service! Thank you for helping kick off my husband’s birthday with a great start!

How is this place not packed?! Kids eat free for dinner, seniors get buy one get one free from 3 – 6. The staff is so awesome and go the extra miles for you, like heating up your syrup, bringing take out cups for your drinks, and everything with a smile!
