We visited this IHOP while in Denver as it was close to our hotel. Our first experience was so nice we kept going back each day. The food was great we had no service issues until our last day. I’m not if it was because we were placed in a corner and forgotten or inexperience from the waitress. In the end all was righted and we were served our food and left once again full with good food.

I ordered food and requested curbside service. I text that I was sitting in the designated area waiting. No one came out so I called the phone number on their sign. It rang and rang. I finally went in and saw my food sitting on the counter. I told the hostess I sat outside waiting and I tried calling. She played dumb and said their phones didn’t ring even though she was on the phone at the time. If anyone asks for this particular service at this location, you might as well walk in to pick it up.

This location used to be a lot better. I went around 3pm, hoping for better service during the slower hours. The food was good, although a bit cold. I didn’t want to complain, but didn’t really have the option, as my server never seemed interested in checking on me. She didn’t come to greet me when I sat down, but waited about 10 minutes then came to take my order. She kept telling me that I couldn’t order certain items that I wanted because they are on the “happy hour menu” and it was not happy hour. I said that’s fine, I’m not interested in the sale, I’m interested in the food but she must not have been understanding me because I had to go and point it to her on the regular menu as though she didn’t know that it was there. She then brought me a watered down orange juice with no ice, then I asked for a second one and it was not watered down but had ice. The manager was checking up on tables and I overheard that she was doing the same to others and they were NOT happy. The manager seemed to agree that it was unacceptable on her part and made it right. I did not complain to the manager, as it was probably her first job and didn’t want her to feel bad. After I paid, she just quietly walked off, no thanks or anything.

I had a Beef bowl burrito, with fries. I also had some Pancakes that were left for my breakfast the following day. It was a great meal. I also give hats off to the service. The lady at the front was very nice! Great Job IHOP!

I come here every Thursday, and sometimes twice a week. Joyce has been so helpful and nice. Every time I go Joyce makes it an enjoyable experience. Also the crepes are so good.

Wow. Excellent Customer Service from entry to exit. We’re here visiting from out of town. This location conveniently located next to our hotel. Hanna (aka Rainbow) was an awesome person and server. The food was delicious as well.

I always enjoy IHOP every once in a while. The food can be pretty tasty, especially for the prices. I recommend getting the app because there are always discounts on it. It’s not the best restaurant out there, but to have satisfying food that is open 24 hours, it is worth it. I ended up getting their chicken and waffles, and I enjoyed them!

Ordered Strawberry cheesecake pancakes. Not much cheesecake flavor. Would have been better with sliced strawberries. Also with strawberry syrup. The waitress was amazing! She was friendly,and provided prompt service.
