I would love to give a big shout out to my server, Sabrina. She was wonderful as I was celebrating my mom’s birthday and Sabrina stepped in to make it extra special.

Nellie went above and beyond at Ihop today. I sprained my ankle on the way to the potty and she jumped straight into action making a splint for my leg using only napkins and the pens and straws from her apron. Then while I was waiting on the ambulance she upsold me on a side of fresh hashbrowns for the ride to the hospital. What a gal!

Front lady elaine was very rude to us when we came in and was rude to kristy our server. kristy was trying to help seat us since elaine had left the front. Kristy greeted us warmly and with smiles. Cristy was attentive and repeatedly checked on us and made sure our coffees were refilled. She was ahead of the game and top of her service.

Went a while back and was served by Carlos. He was incredibly welcoming, adapted to all requests, and was willing to answer any and all questions we had about the food. Plus, even though he was the only server on shift during the night, he also made sure to regularly check on us and all other customers there. I hope to be served by him again!

Seems to be a busy location—maybe due to the proximity of I-35. The staff had decent service; initially our hostess/waitress and another hostess/waitress had a hick up when it came to seating/serving us and another family. However, they worked it out. We ordered our food and maybe 20-min later it arrived like the efficiency of food prep/service. As another reviewer mentioned they are slow when it comes to cleaning up after the previous table occupants.
