Food was exquisite. Waitress was really kind, spoke both Spanish and English for my parents and I. The restaurant is kept really tidy from what I’ve seen. This is my third time going here, and it keeps being a great place to spend with my family!

Horrible experinece food was not hot, the coffee was waaaay to strong and cold. Our food looked nothing like the pictures. The waitress was new and had very little to no knowledge on the food menu and prices. She took a while to serve my coffee. She said it was brewing but recieved it very cold. We didn’t get the kids eat free promo. When we informed her that the ticket wasn’t showing the promo she said she’ll talk to her manager about it (which falls on her not being properly trained for the promos going on) the manager which didn’t even look like a manager said the promo couldn’t be applied due to one item in our order excluded that promo. This so called “manager” also seemed to have little knowledge on the promo. He said next time before ordering call a supervisor to let them know what you want to order so they can better assist you. His advice sounds unprofessional, now I need to wait for a supervisor so my family and I to place our order? Yeah so inconvenient I don’t know if we will come back

Horrible service. I ordered food through the app and it took them almost an hour to give me my order. They did not seem very busy had plenty of staff and no one seemed to care to bring me my food item. Very upsetting experience. It would be understandable if they had all their tables full and I could see them bringing out food to other but that was not the case. I could even see into the kitchen from the front and the cooks had the table top starting to fill up. They all seemed to be doing nothing. Even 1 table got up to leave during the hour I was there and it took them at least 15 to take their payment. No one came out and they seemed confused on how to charge them. Will never step foot into this IHOP again. Even though it is the closest one to where I live.

came to yet another IHOP in the valley with mold everywhere visible mold all over the ceiling above tables. Notice the live crawling insects on the window & table crawling around my food. The floors appeared to have NOT been cleaned in years.
The waitress was lovely. The service was fine.

Very unsanitary and unacceptable conditions. Take a look at the IHOP in . It’s spotless. Beautiful. The parking lot of the Mexican ihop is cleaner than the inside of this one. Do better. I’m noticing a pattern for this brand in the valley.

I went to IHOP for a mother and daughter breakfast time. I really enjoyed it. Having the perfect company with the delicacy of their pancakes was the perfect combination. My favorite are the New York style cheesecake pancakes and my daughter’s favorite are the cupcakes pancakes. I love the fact that they even have a kid’s menu. Excellent customer service and the wait to be seated wasn’t long.

Our server was friendly and polite. The food was good I ordered the Breakfast Crepe. So filling. It had egg and hashbrowns unside topped with a cheese sauce, shredded cheese, and bacon. I filled up with one of them. My sister next to me ordered the Spicy Shredded Beef Bowl. Very spicy ngl but it’s always been good every time I’ve tried it. Coffee was good, wasn’t super bitter. Overall good IHOP experience ☺️

Food orders were incomplete, half the food (fish and shrimp ) was too greasy, and the other (fries) too cold and bathed in grease. Pancakes looked like they just popped them in the microwave. One of the fish plates was incomplete.

Went to IHOP with my Wife, daughter and 2 granddaughters. My daughter and I asked for chicken fried steak with w eggs, has browns and pancakes except that my daughter asked for extra gravy at an extra cost.. They added it themselves but one would never know it unless you compared both plates. I had to ask for an additional gravy bowl. Server didn’t come to table as much as he should have or needed to.
