IHOP on Main Street provided an exceptional dining experience during my visit to try the limited-time Willy Wonka menu. Horrible service, took over 10 min to take my drink order alone. The place had about two other customers that’s it. The food was stale and very poor quality, server didn’t bother to check up on us or ask if we needed refills.Definitely won’t be coming back here. Save your time, money and go somewhere else.

Save your money, don’t order pick up here. Bought the kids pancake smiling face, came with other random candy and not the chocolate chips and without whipped cream. Bought the NY cheese cake pancakes, drier than the Sahara, did come with the strawberries but with barely any strawberry syrup. The French toast had a very chewy texture too, didn’t eat any of them. Had ordered the syrup caddy since it was an option, turned out that meant that my order would have some “extra” syrup. Asked the staff they spoke Spanish thinking I didn’t know what they were saying and they said “hay si ya le di un monton” with a demeaning tone. I told them that I thought that the extra charge was for an actual syrup caddy and they said it was just for extra syrup which I’m pretty sure I could get as many as I wanted for free. Anyway I’m glad I had asked because they initially only gave me 4 syrups for 3 orders of pancakes and two French toast. However, I didn’t check that they only gave me 3 butters. So save your money if you want to dine in go for it but honestly the food is pretty meh. I always get my breakfast orders from black bear dinner but my wife really wanted thoseNY cheesecake pancakes but was ultimately disappointed. I did the survey hoping it would let me get a free item or something but gave me nothing. So I just gave 32 dollars away for nothing. Most food aside from the bacon, sausage and eggs went to the trash.

Food was good but not hot. The butter didn’t even melt on the pancakes. They were very busy and by the time the server asked if everything was OK …we’ll we’d already eaten most of it.

Need better customer service. I came in 1/19/26 at 4ish there was literally nobody here they took awhile to bring us our drinks. the server was with no smile &, no kind of emotion.

Every time we go to I HOP, Kristy, the manager makes sure we get special treatment. Or at least it seems that way because she’s always checking if we have what we need. Actually I have noticed that she treats everyone just like she treats us. The servers do a great job as well. Thank you for making us feel special. ❤️
