Great experience at IHOP in Rosenberg. The service was very good, the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and came out fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommend this location.

I had a mixed experience, but overall it was still good. There were a few small issues with organization, and the food was not perfect. My dish had a bit too much butter, the mushrooms were slightly undercooked, and the pancakes were a little overdone.
However, the staff were very nice, polite, and handled everything with a good attitude. Even though there were minor problems, the service made up for it. Because of that, I’m giving 4 stars and hope they continue improving.

I came here after having issues at Cracker barrel with my waitress not bringing me my drink order so I left and came here. I was greeted right away and seated. My order was taken right away and everything came out fast. Food was great and service was great. I will just skip Cracker barrel from now on and come to IHOP.

I was not disappointed!
Not only was I greeted with wonderful service, but food came out promptly and hot! my server returned to our table multiple times to check on us and to refill our drinks.
p. s. the bathrooms were clean! thank you for a wonderful team and wonderful servers.

I had breakfast at this location and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, but what really made the experience stand out was our server, Alejandra. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I sat down. Her positive attitude made the whole meal/visit more enjoyable and set a great tone for the morning. Now I understand why this location has a 3.1 rating. During my visit, there were some issues. They seemed to forget who ordered what, and when bringing the food out, one of the dishes was spilled because of a lack of focus.
The food also had some problems. My dish had too much butter, the mushrooms were undercooked, and the pancakes were slightly burnt. However, I want to be fair. The staff were very nice and polite in the way they spoke to me, and their attitude was friendly.
Because of their good customer service, I decided to give 3 stars instead of 1. I hope they improve the food quality and organization in the future.

Very nice atmosphere, the food was excellent, with very nice presentation and our waiter, Phoenix, by far has been our #WaiterOfTheYear! Props for having him on your wait staff! Sure hope business here picks up a whole lot more, so his tips will double and triple!

This was a decent restaurant. It was pretty empty in the evening and there seemed to be only one employee playing the part of hostess and waitress but she did a good job. Service was a bit slow but not too big of an issue. The food was tasty and our orders were correct.

If you want to upgrade to ham on any plate this is what they give you. It’s an upgrade though meaning you pay more. The hash browns were thin and overdone, and the eggs were watery.
