This place was like a breath of fresh air. The staff was very professional and courteous. The food was very fresh and tasty. Being from Alabama this was quite a new and amazing experience. Although there was one problem with my order I’m still very pleased with the visit. I contacted the store about the issue with my order she promptly said the matter will be corrected on my next visit.

Armando is a true example of management and leadership. He provides great customer service each and every time we come to this location. From a great greet to making sure that orders are filled in a timely manner and correct, his great personality shines through. He motivates his crew and keeps this restaurant clean as well. Hopefully the company is taking care of this manager, great managers are hard to find and let alone keep and make sure they make the company profit. Thank you for your professionalism Armando.

2 ⭐ for very overcooked,THIN dry patties there was more than , now I for sure know that them patties used to be thicker and juicier. Increase the price reduce the product . I will be sure to be spending my money elsewhere.
But on another note a young student girl there named Tiara is the absolute definition of customer service.
Extremely polite, very helpful, proper speech, already can deduce a situation by looking at it, taking personal interest, working hard on the floor stocking products helping customers and keeping all her co-workers on their toes, all the while with a great big . Thank you Tiara for bringing back Excellent customer service

Went thru the drive thru and my order was wrong. I had to get out go inside and have them remake it. Get home 12 miles away they put so much mayonnaise on my burger the bread was so soggy it just fell apart. Called the restaurant they have the nerve to ask me to come back so they can remake it AGAIN. Why?? So y’all can mess it up again. That would definitely be NO. At this point give me a my money back. So tomorrow I will be returning to the restaurant to get a refund.

If I could 0 stars I would I took my sister here yesterday we get home & all of the chicken was completely raw. Disgusting, they were busy too hopefully no one else got sick.

Shout out to Julie ( Shift lead ) she hooked me up, new secret menu…medium soft serve cup topped with reeses and hot fudge…not blended!! Its a dairy queen, the original soft serve and blizzard. Come for the ice cream! never tryed anything else from the menu though lol
