The front desk host- Stanley welcomed us and sat us pretty fast. The waitress- Teresa was very friendly and had excellent listening and was kind . Our coffee was brought nice and warm and order was taking fairly quickly. Food was delicious and on point !

Came by on my way to Lake Jackson. Great food, and service. Holly was delightful and attentive. We had a wonderful conversation. I hope everyone here has a great work week. Would recommend. Great location. Even at 2:40am, the atmosphere is on point. Thank you for a great meal and early morning.

Ms. Tiffany was the sweetest most attentive waitress I’ve had. She was smiles and customer service was on point. The food was delicious and service was fast. I can definitely tell they have reworked this restaurant for the better. My 8 year old was super impressed as well said it’s almost better than my breakfast. Please if you haven’t been to this location in a while try it out again you won’t be disappointed. PS COFFEE WAS GOOD too

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. First off, the staff all looked like they hated to be there. Next, we waited over 15 minutes to get a refill on our drinks. The table is abnormally low. Our food did not taste that great. Our daughter asked for a smiley faced pancake and got a very sad excuse for one (picture will be included). My fiance asked for broccoli with her chicken tenders and only got four pieces of broccoli. The pancakes were overdone. Then when I asked to split the check, he just split the payment which then caused me to have to talk to the manager to get an itemized receipt for my job. I have nothing but praise for the manager but I believe he needs some new employees. Overall, this was a very terrible experience and we will not be coming back. Do not go to this restaurant!

The gentleman at the host station was friendly and welcoming both when we arrived and when we left. Even though the restaurant was busy our wait was not long. Alicia, gave us wonderful service and was very sweet. Our food arrived promptly and tasted good. However the interior of the restaurant needs repairs and a bit of deeper cleaning. The window sills and ceiling tiles needed repair and or replaced. The frame around one window was badly damaged, they are obviously aware because it’s painted over. The ladies restroom needs to be scrubbed. If not for the interior damage and dirty bathroom I would have given a terrific rating.

Ever since they updated the menu, the food has been amazing! We ordered the Bacon Avocado Eggs Benedict, the 2 Eggs Breakfast, and the Chicken Quesadillas — everything was fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. The service was excellent too. Our server checked in on us regularly while we enjoyed our breakfast and coffee. If you’re looking for a comfortable, easy-going spot to start your morning with a great meal, I definitely recommend this place!

Had a great experience at IHOP! The food was fresh and delicious — the build-your-own omelette with pancakes was the perfect combo. The omelette was cooked just right and packed with flavor, and the pancakes were fluffy and hit the spot.
The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. On top of that, the service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and fast without feeling rushed. Asher provided great service as well!

My lunch experience was absolutely incredible from the moment my family entered until the moment we left. The cleanliness of the entire restaurant has skyrocketed since my last visit in 2024 the staff is more pleasing overall, but I have to highlight one individual named Kyle he was my family server. Not only did he go above and beyond with his service, but the entire interaction made me, and my family loyal regulars. Can’t wait to dine again!
