IHOP is great for late night hunger and diner style foods. This one is no exception. The place could use a little renovation but it was clean and staff was friendly. Food came out quick and was good. Nothing exceptional but standard pancakes and sandwich fare.

I’m not the one to ever complain but walking in was ridiculous. The two hostess were too busy playing around to even acknowledge our presence and when they did notice they sighed as if we were bothering them. I did appreciate our server though she was amazing and very attentive. Honestly I felt bad for her because she was really the only one working. Not sure if we came in during a shift change but still. I just wanted to say thanks for everything Jackelin you made everything better.

I have visited this IHOP a couple of times now, and each time has been a pleasant experience. My server has been Yvette both times, and she is a server you enjoy. She is talkative, gets your order right, and checks on you an appropriate amount of times. I will be back for a third visit shortly.

a short waiter by the name of kim took our order and was seen laughing and joking around with his friends when we needed refills. Food was good but service wasn’t the best as I had to eat the rest of my pancakes with no drink 🙁 oh man kim please do better next time, we left a couple coins for her so next we can get better service!

Such a disappointment. There was a slight wait but was seen to a seat quite quickly, but when the food arrived the order was completely wrong and there was a hair in the food (yes we got the order corrected) but the waitresses attitude was pretty awful. I understand it may be busy but when obvious mistakes are made there should be some respect and “apology”.

We have visited this location a handful of times and usually the food is as good as any other IHOP. This time I came specifically for pancake tacos, there were no pancake tacos. However that is not why I have chosen to leave my review. Our waitress sat us at a table that hadn’t been cleaned yet and we had to ask for it to be wiped down. The mozarella sticks we ordered tatsed off, as if they had just pulled them out of a freezer and immediately dropped them in a fryer, I don’t work at IHOP so I don’t know if they use frozen items but we’ve ordered them almost everytime weve gone to any IHOP and they were not the same. I ended up ordering the chicken and waffles because I’d never tried them and honestly after this experience I never will again, at least not from IHOP. I asked my waitress to have them put strawberries on top and they came on the side in a cup, which wasn’t really a big deal but it was slightly inconvenient. My waffles were very dense and not light and fluffy at all and they weren’t even warm enough to melt the butter i put on them so that was disappointing they did look pretty though and my chicken was fine. My husband ordered the Buffalo chicken ranch sandwich and the bread was pretty badly burnt and he said the sauce didn’t taste like Buffalo, but like Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. My children liked their food just fine. The service was good.

I stayed at the Baymont so I came to ihop for dinner. The chicken fajita omelette was phenomenal. Food is great portion and price. Rodolfo was my waiter and he was fantastic. On point when my drink was close he came right over with a new one very fast friendly and efficient. Top notch ihop. Thanks and will return.

Waited a while for our food, once we got it, it was very cold. The pancakes looked like they were reheated and fell apart when trying to put butter on top of them. Just really bad food quality.
