This was my first visit to a Cracker Barrel. My waitress was nice and pleasant. She kept tabs on me and my family. I had no problem giving her a tip. My pancakes were good, to my surprise. I’m not a pancake person; they were better than my Grandma used to make. I will go back to try dinner food. They were reasonably priced.

Good lunch today in Clermont. Stopped in Cracker Barrel & after a short wait I was seated. The food didn’t take to long before it made its way to the table. Service was good & food was served hot! I would recommend!

Food was good. Our Sunday Chicken was Delicious!!!! Except the Dumplings. They were gooey & dry, Our Server was fantastic! She was on the ball On another note: I really wish they would change the Decor & lighten up the area where one eats. Room is dark & the chairs are horrible to sit in. The Chairs are so hard. A fresh Decor would be so “WELCOMING” Thank you.

First we waited 2 hours for our food to come out, then the manager came over and told us that the waitress forgot to put in our order and that they would rush it. She offered us some free bread for the inconvenience. 1 hour later, they brought the food (3 hr wait) and My food was cold and the chicken had mashed potato’s on it. The problem is, I didn’t order mashed potatoes. You could tell they took it off another plate and just placed it on my plate. Toward the end we asked the waitress to remove my plate from the bill since it I didn’t even touch it, that took about 30 more minutes. No-one came over to apologize or even tried to make it up to us. By far one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had in a restaurant. If we were anywhere else, the manager would have come over and tried to make it up to us for the 3 hours and 30 minute wait and cold food. At this time, sadly we cannot recommend this place until it undergoes a management adjustment or change.

Our breakfast was taken out in intervals, our eggs and pancakes arrived, asked for our bacon, sausage, hashbrows, toast and syrup..we waited while our eggs and pancakes got cold, got our sides and again asked wheres the syrup and toast..well by the time our toast came and syrup everything was cold. To make matters worse while waiting I drank my 3.19 cup of coffee and no refill so I ate my breakfast cold and dry!! No manager around. Went to pay and explained to cashier who got a manager. The lady manager looked at it, I explained..all she said was “well that’s not like Lyndsey” the server. Went to register and said that will 49.53. No sorry, just here it will be 49.53. Redicoulus. Will never come back. Should have googled reviews..any complaint never gets resolved. By the way an upcharge of 99 cents for regular hashbrows is beyond redicoulus, it’s just potatoes, nothing special.

I love Cracker Barrel! The food is delicious and service attentive. They have a huge variety of options and even on the busiest days the wait is less than 30 minutes. The atmosphere can get quite loud but even at its loudest I’ve never had an unpleasant meal. The display of country decor is good for the soul. Keep those “Ol timers” coming Cracker Barrel!

My husband and I love Cracker Barrel and this was our first time to this location. It was definitely below par. The burger was very average, not great and not bad. Fries tasted like they came from the freezer. My shrimp was great but they tried to serve me the last of an old pot of macaroni, I had to send it back but they did bring me fresh Mac that was delicious, along with an apology. I LOVE that they have a small selection of wine and beer now. We will be returning, maybe this was just an off day.

I come to this restaurant for over 10 years. But lately some thing is wrong.. I came in the evening the restaurants was not full but still I had to be waiting for over 40 minutes. I gave up and left. Then I came another day. There is new people around serving and it looks like they are not been trained well. The server brings a plate for us that the bottom is dirty. Took a good or more then 40 minutes to be served. We asked the girl basic staff such as silverware, she took too long to bring it. Seriously … We are thinking to give up this restaurant. Management is not the same and old good costumer servers are no longer here. Not good at all!!!
