Needs negatives!! My family & I went to new IHOP in Pittsburgh, Tx this morning only to be sadly disappointed. We waited over 45 minutes for our food all while we watched people that were sat down after us being served. Our food was room temperature nothing was hot and the waitress NEVER came back to offer us more coffee our container remained empty after the first cup. Don’t advise visiting this IHop if you want hot food or good service!!

This last Monday I ordered Eggs Benedict. My waitress took my order. Someone from the kitchen brought me my food. I had to ask him twice for ketchup.The hash browns were cold. The waitress never came back to my table to see if I needed anything or refill my ice tea. She kept her back to me talking to another employee the entire time I ate. Might have been the manager. Terrible service!!!

We have tried this location twice now and it completely sucks. There is absolutely NO cell service and you won’t get any kind of Wifi password, either. The wait staff is more concerned with talking with each other and hanging out than delivering food. The food is over cooked, bland, and disgusting. When I even got my food, it was cold. I wound up not eating and opting to just wait to eat again until later that day. An absolute COMPLETE waste of money and time. I wound definitely NOT recommend this specific IHOP location.

My fiancé and I go here every weekend. As long as it’s before 9am on Saturday, there’s usually not a wait to be seated. The staff are friendly, and their service has been top-notch.

This IHOP is part of the gas station next door. Shockingly it is quiet, and not crowded at all. The food was excellent, and the staff is very professional. Despite it being Christmas day, they were very attentive and though we didn’t expect fast service, because it was a holiday and we knew it wasn’t convenient, they went above and beyond for us. They’re good people, and the food is definitely worth it.
