Needed to find a good breakfast place while on my trip to Richardson TX. Saw the building sign and figured haven’t been to an IHOP in a long time. Pulled in for a table and ordered food. Staff was super friendly. Food came and it was delicious. Forgot how good IHOP is.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a IHOP and more than make up for the last experience in grand Junction. This place is a treasure. I wasn’t really trusting all the 5 stars reviews but going in myself, I saw it with my own eyes. They had actual staff and weren’t short handed. Everyone seemed super happy to be at work serving great food to patrons. Even the servers not assigned to you made sure you didn’t need anything. Our server was on point. He took our order and the food all came out perfect.

I highly recommend this location. Our waitress was Eleanor. She was courteous, and attentive. The food was hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean, the temperature cool, and the atmosphere quiet. My family and I enjoyed our visit.

I’m not going to give them less stars because of one individual. Normally it’s a great vibe even during rushes. Today I was served by Mike. Mike told me how I should order my food instead of listening to how I (me) wanted my food that I was eating not him. They need to train the more order people in customer service. Very nice staff. We had an amazing server. Very quick and accommodating service. Food was delicious. Location was modern and clean. My kids had a lot of fun and enjoyed their kids activity menu. Is located right across the street from a movie theater, so it’s a cool place to start family day at.
