We only found this pub because our Merry & Bright bus tour met here, and it turned out to be a great find. We had drinks and dinner before the tour, and while it’s billed as a dive bar, we really appreciated the historic character, solid food and drink options, and friendly staff. A very good experience overall.

Fun tiny little pub downtown. We went for dinner and it was quiet and the people were all so friendly. The bartender was also our waitress and she crushed it! We shared the beer battered onion rings as our appetizer. They were crunchy and hot. I ordered the BLT with seasoned fries and it had more bacon on it than any other I’ve ever had. They didn’t skimp. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with seasoned fries. We loved the fries! The prices & portions were great and for the price point it was 5 star food!

Low key pub with a great bartender the night we visited. Drinks were reasonaby priced with real pours and there was plenty of great conversation. Food looked great for bar grub so we will have to try some next visit.

Best Bar downtown. Loved it. Great friendly people and the service and food was phenomenal. So glad they let me warm up and have a couple beers and a burger. $20 out the door and super happy.

Awesome place! We stopped in before a concert on a Wednesday. Special was so spaghetti and meatballs and wow! Did it deliver. $9 and worth more. Great food. Good service. Incredible prices. Would absolutely come back again.

This is an old time place, nothing fancy, but lots of charm and ambiance. They got hammered by the conference I am here for, and we’re out of several things. So, I had the Reuben with turkey and the Caesar salad with mixed greens instead of Romaine. Everything was good, never saw the waitress but was served by the cook who was friendly.

Greenwich is the best bar in downtown Detroit. Locally owned for over 45 years, this establishment pips out all the rest. The friendly bar staff serves up cold drinks and often have a genius level ability to recall their regulars go to drinks. The grill is equally impressive, the are known for their seasoned fries, burgers and dogs. That being said, can’t go wrong anywhere on the menu. Come on in, meet some great people and even better bar staff.

Great experience! Went for an early dinner with the family, our server made a cool mock tail for the kiddo and the food was on point! I had the catfish, and it was delicious. Fresh veggies and generous pours on my drinks!
