They are too slow for your food to come out semi warm. We sat there for 20 min watching other people get seated, eat, pay and leave. We just dipped out & went to Cracker Barrell. Food was there within 10 minutes of ordering.

We pull up at 4:36am. 8/3/2023. The dinning room table are full of dirty dishes as if a storm just rolled in. We wait at desk about 5 mins before some guy runs up. High out his mind. Mouth twitching and all. We take us to a table start wiping it down crazy like. We ask is everything ok. He says yes. We sit. He ask our drink orders all while moving weirdly and fast even his eye floating going every which way. We choose to leave. He was high out his mind it made us uncomfortable ain’t no telling who cooking in the back but Fuk if he got to bring I’ll plates we will pass. Will never go back.

This place is just sad. We literally came in before the other couple and they not only received their food first, but we didn’t even get any help. Not 1 waiter or waitress came to ask for the drink order. And we were sitting right in the front middle of restaurant. Ask to speak to manager and all she can say is sorry. Poor service all the way. But when we said we’re leaving that she would take care of the bill. We’re not looking for a free meal. We will never come back here. Negative stars all the way.

I was very disappointed with our neighborhood IHOP today! We didn’t even get a table! There was already a family waiting when we arrived. Then two more groups came in. After 20 minutes none of us had been seated! There appeared to be plenty of waitstaff but not one person even looked our way! We all finally left.

Very disappointed. Food was bland. Had to ask for the salsa and dipping sauces that were supposed to come with the meals. The hashbrowns and potatoes were cold and not even close to crispy. Very few pieces of meat in the burrito bowl and the steak tips meal. Found a few pieces if mushrooms in my meal even though no mushrooms are in the food description (I hate mushrooms). Drinks were $4 each, just for tea and coffee! Never got water. No butter pecan syrup anymore. Staff were very nice but clearly overworked. Price was over $70 before tip for bland, disappointing food. Ihop used to be a treat for us but will never go back!
