We had a great experience at IHOP thanks to our server, MJ. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our visit. About 4-5 years ago, my husband and I moved to Flower Mound and went to this IHOP to enjoy a nice breakfast. However, during our visit, we had an experience that prompted us to notify corporate. After notifying corporate, we were very hesitant to go back to this location until they addressed the issues that we stated in our complaint. We waited for over an entire year in hopes that the issues would be resolved to give IHOP in Flower Mound another shot and I am so glad that we did. The management did, in fact, turn things around. The servers that were added have been absolutely wonderful as they are very friendly and attentive and the food has been great. I feel very welcomed when I eat at this establishment now and have been happy to go to this IHOP since living in FloMo for the past few years. I really appreciate the prompt action that management took as well. They took our feedback seriously and made it a priority to make necessary improvements to make our dining experience a better one. If you are like me and have been to this IHOP several years ago and experienced bad service, give this place another shot because I can tell you from 1st hand experience, that it has definitely changed for the better.
