The food is nothing special at all. Just a very basic breakfast burrito that wasn’t quite rolled right and lacked decent filler for the price. The only reason we even tried here was for the kids to use the indoor play area. The play area is setup nicely for the kids and they enjoyed it. The service was ok. Friendly but it didn’t seem like they really wanted to be there.

We came here on a Sunday night for a stop on our roadtrip and it was amazing! It was clean and quiet and they were playing great music that set a joyful tone throughout the restaurant. The employees were quick and we got our food at an impressive speed. Everything was delicious! Ingredients were super fresh and just what we needed to fuel us for our trip. Not to mention, the bathrooms were some of the cleanest fast food restrooms I have ever come across. Thank you cedar city Del taco!

The lady that took my order would not listen, Id start to order and she says anything else, any thing else? Please stop coaching your employees up sale, coach them to listen. The lady was cutting me off mid order. Then a manager was at the window Daniel, I was gong to share with him, but he was extremely rude in professional. He says place your chip in, I said I rather tap. He agreed, them asked me to sign the receipt? When I asked why are you chipping and getting a signature. He said it’s out policy anything over an amount must be signed? Then why don’t we just sign, not tap, not chip plus signing. Sorry your upset its our policy, I never was upset until he said that. I will never go back and spend money there again. Your work is hospitality teach what that means maam..

I was standing at the register for a couple of minutes while the manager was unboxing some signage right at the counter, and another employee walked by a few times. Neither of them said, We will be right with you or anything. After the manager was done unboxing, she came to the register and just said What can I get you? No hello or even a smile. I get people have bad days, but this is the typical service at this Del Taco. They act like you’re inconveniencing them. While ordering, I noticed the kitchen was a disaster. Nothing looked clean. The floors were littered with food and trash. The drink station was also a mess. After sitting down, I noticed the dining area was dirty too. Trash under tables and by the trash cans. The food came out fairly quickly and was good sized portions. The food was hot and fresh tasting. I ordered a chicken burrito meal with fries and my son got a kids cheeseburger meal.

Honestly I love the del Taco has such a large menu but I’m often dis pleased every time I go to this specific location. The food that I receive is usually inconsistent with what I ordered. Seems like the temperature is never hot and anything like french fries or hash browns are always cooked in old oil.

As with other fast food restaurants, you have to use a kiosk to order. Nobody was there to answer questions. The employees were kind and the food was what you expect from Del Taco….better than Taco Bell, but that is not difficult to achieve.

I ordered the #5 chicken soft tacos (price on sign $6.00) with medium fries and drink. The order was correct. The fries are good but this is NOT worth almost $10!!! I was charged $7.70 for TWO tacos that have a hard shell (supposed to be soft) and there’s basically all lettuce and no meat.
Save your money. This place is pure robbery.

PAY MORE, EAT LESS! My chicken burritos were the size of a taco, all tortilla and barley any fillings. Its like they just dont care and want to hurry and get you out of the drive through. This used to be our go to place for fiesta packs on game night. We used to love eating here. Skimping on fillings and charging more has deterred my family from eating here anymore. It’s such a shame this place has gone to total crap!

From the time I pulled in and pulled out of the drive-through, it had been 37 minutes. I ordered a macho fry, which was way overcooked cold and not full. The frys were as hard as a rock and way too much salt. There was absolutely no meat in the tacos. Not impressed, to be honest, it sucked.
