This IHOP truly treated us like royalty . From the moment we walked in, the service was above and beyond—so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They even went out of their way to decorate with a gingerbread theme to match the Tulsa Christmas parade, which was such a thoughtful touch. All month in December they’re running a special from 4–10 with an adult purchase kids eat FREE!, and the cinnamon pancakes were the perfect addition to get us fully into the holiday spirit. It honestly felt like a little Christmas reward just for showing up. This place didn’t just serve food—they made us feel celebrated.

Manager Ronnie and his staff went above and beyond to ensure my food allergies were met and I still felt normal and was able to eat with my family. The waitresses were kind and attentive, and food was great. Outstanding service!!

There were only 3 people waiting tables, & cooking in the entire building. I felt so sorry for them, nothing seemed to work out that night. I only put a bad review so maybe management will see this, & do something about it. Our waitress was so kind & gracious, but they were trying to wait on us, fulfill orders for pickup, it was a train wreck, but theu managed to get most of our orders right, & they did eventually bring us the food they forgot.

I received several tomatoes with the stem still in them! The fruit cups were already going bad! The pineapple was turning brown! We live in Prue, so we were not aware of the crap food you people gave us! This was the first and last time we will go to this I Hop!

Autumn was the best server to our family. She went above and beyond for my son. She got him a pen and paper to distract him so we could find what we wanted to eat! She was so kind and met all of our expectations. The food was good. the egg whites were a little underdone but it didn’t stop us from enjoying them. Thank you Autumn!

I would give them a zero if it was available. I was seated promptly as there were very few people. I sat for 15 minutes and no one approached me, not even for a drink order. Three or four other family groups came in, were seated, and their drink order was taken right away and had begun getting their drinks. I finally left. The servers were talking about between themselves. This restaurant needs better supervision and service. No wonder it was nearly empty at 8:30 on a Saturday.

It’s an ihop. Usually, the food is pretty good, but the later you come, the worse the service is. If you have a choice, try to get a male server. We have been here for an hour and have seen our server three times: once to take our order, once to deliver our food, and once to bring us the check. She forgot to put in part of our order, so I had to grab her attention to get it made to go. They are vaping in the back and talking about it loud enough to hear on the floor. Last time we came, the younger guy with the afro had to help us check out. He seems to be trying to be a good server. The server took our card for checkout, and a woman (a server or her friend) leaned over the counter with her phone out while holding our bank card. It felt extremely shady.

I love this place. its such a family friendly environment. The overnight server is so friendly and just amazing. Consistently checking on me and always smiling with such a bright and positive attitude. Highly recommended. The overnight cook is the best also. I almost don’t wanna come here unless the server Misty and the cook Daisy is there that night. They always make it worth it.
