Service was okay, not great. Food was the same, the white wasn’t done on my fried egg, I ordered a happy face pancake and there was no happy face; not much more effort is taken to do a smiley face with whipped cream. I ordered the coffee cake and I understand it’s not going to look like the picture but I was still disappointed.
This is by far the grossest ihop I’ve ever been to. Spit balls stuck to the wall, the salt grinder was wet inside for some reason, the floors look like they’ve never been mopped or if they have then it was done poorly. There were drips on the wall across from me. Overall just not a great experience.

Food was cold, didn’t get any condiments that come with the meal & both meals were wrong & not what we ordered besides the pancakes. It was two omelettes. Both were basically a few chunks of meat with cheese wrapped with dry egg that couldn’t even be salvaged with salsa. 0/10.

My husband and I had a wonderful breakfast here this morning. Valenda, our server, was so kind, accommodating and helpful. We’re new to Enid and she brought warm, small town charm. Good, genuine staff will always elevate an experience. We will be back soon!

Had been traveling since 5am and was starving… Placed an online pick up order @6:55am for a 8am pick up. Got there @7:50 and left @8:30 with nothing. Had to ask for a refund so I could get back on the road, still have 4 more hours of traveling.
@8:15 they told me they were bagging it… if not I would’ve cancelled it sooner. I understand they were busy but I feel like I gave them plenty of time to plan ahead… not start it once I walked in..(I arrived early too)

Great service! Food was so good. I got to try a frappe that wasn’t on the menu yet. Iced caramel. SOOOO good.

I don’t frequent IHOPs very often at all, so I can’t speak to how this one steals up to others. This one- the whole east wing has smelled like the bathroom for at least 5 years. Plumbing has got to have venting problems. The food is probably as good as any IHOP, but this one is almost guaranteed to be out of 2 or 5 things. I really do love the Crepes Florentine, but apparently so does everyone else. This one is out about half the time. Maybe they all are… The service seems to have always been the same. Food is usually pretty quick, just don’t come thirsty. Usually 1 refill per visit. Must be the training because that’s been very consistent in my experience.

Our experience was very positive and our waitress, Valenda was very polite and friendly, while doing an excellent job of taking our brunch order and assisting us. We really enjoyed our meal and our coffee!
We stopped by February 2 and was pleasantly served by Kaylee who took great care of us also! I know it’s difficult for every business to be perfect every time but so far every time that we have dined at IHOP it’s been great!

Valinda was attentive and had a personality which made our dining experience more enjoyable. The double blueberry pancakes were great, and the omelette was good. I don’t recommend the smoked sausage however. It tasted like a spicy, low/medium grade hotdog.

Where do I start!? These Pictures show that our order should’ve been done by 10:33 pm. I got to the location around 10:40 pm expecting that I’ll pick up the food and go. A waitress asked me about the online order, I said yes that’s me. The food wasn’t ready at all, she said. Then I asked when will it be done? The waitress went on to ask the cook and the cook said “I don’t know!” in a mean tone. The waitress looked over to me and said it’ll be about 20 minutes. I looked around the restaurant and only 2 people occupied a booth and a couple standing across me by the front door. About 15 minutes later they walked out. Nearly 45 minutes of me sitting near the entrance, the waitress walks up to me laughing. She stated that the cook did not see my order online. And I said, but y’all asked me about the order online earlier. She said well I don’t know. Seems to me there is a lot of I Don’t Know going around that place lol. If you asked me for my honest opinion about IHOP being a good restaurant, my reply will always be “I DON’T KNOW”.. I left the location 11:30 pm.
1/20/2025 Another one: Left my steak and ate my wife’s food instead. My steak has a really weird smell, no lie. My wife lost her appetite because of the smell. Waitress just ignored us as much as she acted busy. Actually she did come by and asked how the food was. 100% she saw my steak. I have to eat my meat well done and/or overcook because of my health issues. Just paid the bill and left.
