I ordered for spicy poblano omelette at this location and I wasn’t impressed with it at all. I requested for them to make it a bit spicy but instead I got raw peppers on my plate. It didn’t look or taste good compared to the ones I’ve had at other locations. The first picture was what I got while the second is what is posted on their website and menu. Also, the seasonal fresh fruit looked stale. Overall, the service was good but the food is a no for me.

Love this IHOP my better half and I come here frequently and always receive fast friendly service. And the food is always good. If you haven’t tried the lemon ricotta crepes I suggest you do so! They are fantastic!

Yesterday, 5-14-23, my wife and I ate dinner at the IHOP in MWC, and the food and service was very good. However, they have the AC temp setting way too low. It was so cold in the restaurant that I needed a jacket, which I didn’t have. At the time, the place was nearly empty, about 9 pm, and I asked if they could adjust the thermostat, since it was so cold. It wasn’t done. The cold temp also caused the food and my coffee to cool down quickly too. When we ate there on 5-3-23, about 6pm, it was also very cold too. I don’t why they seem to think this is necessary, unless it’s to discourage their patrons from staying very long? For me, it is discouraging me from returning! By adjusting the temp to a more reasonable 72 degrees instead of what felt like 60 deg, it would be much more comfortable and inviting, rather than shriving during the whole meal.

Hadn’t been in about a year, this location always had really bad service no matter the time, and usually below average food. Nothing’s changed except the food got worse and service got a little better.
