I was very pleased and happy with the service at IHOP here at this riverwind casino, especially how they make the food feel really good, make sure to pick it up to eat it there or take what you, as well.

Ihop located inside of Riverwind casino is a diamond in the rough, if you have the time to wait. The their kitchen space is limited to two cooks, so the wait can go beyond 30 minutes on the weekends. However, its worth the wait as the burgers in particular are as delicious as the brick and mortar locations. The majority of the casino employees choose IHOP over the ‘other’ food court selections, despite the wait, and that says it all. The dining experience is so-so, IHOP shares a common dining area with the other franchises. The ordering counter is handicap and wheelchair accessible, as is the dining area. The only drawback is for those on dietary restrictions, all menu items are high sodium, carb and calorie loaded; those with dietary restrictions should consider eating before arriving at the casino, to be fair all all the other food court franchises are just as bad or worse.

At 3PM on 8/20/2025 I came to get 5 chocolate milks. The server (receipt says Melissa, BUT the girl’s name tag said Alexia! She gave me 4 1% milks, not 5 chocolate. I didn’t look at what she did until I got home in Yukon, ok….not worth gas to go back!! She was too busy talking to person in back and did not wait on me for a bit and I was the only customer……have done this several times and this is the first time for an error….. I must admit I think Alexia was more interested in the guy in back and not her customer.

Idk who the cook was but we got the appetizer platter. The chicken tenders were overcooked, dry and tasteless and the onion rings were burnt. We went on May 1st. Usually the food is really good so idk what happen today. The customer service was great tho.

Brandon was our food service provider, and Corey prepared our food. Brandon answered any questions we had, was very friendly, helpful, and made us smile. Corey prepared our food in a timely manner, everything was fresh tasting, made the way it was supposed to be, overall, the food was delicious the service was great, we left full, happy, and had smiles on our faces.
