Walking in the door, breakfast is in the air. Restaurant is clean, quite, and everyonr is friendly. Coffee nice and fresh. All the staff really works well together. Even noticed another customer come in who was needing to work while dining and they set her at a table that had an outlet. Great job Jackson, Rey, Cali, and hostess lady. You are all doing a great job. I’m do not live in Oklahoma….

We had a great time at IHOP! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service really made our visit special. Our waiter, Jaxon, was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. He checked in on us regularly and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Server Jackson was kind, awesome, and so professional . He understood what we wanted. Relayed the message to the cook Mr. Cali. And let’s not forget about super friendly and polite Mr Rey! This has been our eating spot a few times as our mom is in ICU. Coming in has a relaxing atmosphere where the bacon and coffee smells delightful.

Our server, Darcie, was great! She greeted us shortly after we were seated. She noticed the table hadn’t been cleaned prior and promptly wiped down the table for us. Darcie was super friendly, prompt, and made sure we had our needs met.

We had a very disappointing experience at this IHOP. It took 30 minutes to place an order due to their systems being down, which I can understand. However, no one came over to us to let us know why we were waiting. Our waitress was no where to be found durning this time. We were just left sitting there with no communication. When the waitress came to take our order I expressed my frustration and she told us that we didn’t have to eat there and asked us if we needed more time to decide. We ordered our food despite everything and then our waitress went and talked to the manager. The manager came over to our table and the first words out of his mouth was “ I understand you might be in a hurry and we can place your food order but you’re going to have to wait for the system to come back up so you can pay before you leave.” I asked how long it typically takes for the system to come up and he said about 30 min. We had our order placed and waited patiently. Our waitress brought out our food about 20 min later and we asked for hot syrup to go with it. She brought the syrup around about 8 minutes later. We started eating and about halfway through our meal the waitress walked by our booth without stoping and asked if everything was good and said okay before anyone could say a word. Not even caring for the answer. The most concerning part, towards the end of our meal as I was cutting up the fruit for my daughter, we found mold on the fruit- some of which she had already eaten. We stopped eating and I took a picture and waited for the waitress to come over. The waitress came by with a ticket and I asked for the manager. When the manager came over he was visibly distracted by incoming calls on his smart watch to listen to me explain my concerns with our whole experience. He asked what food had mold on it after I had just told him which food and I was holding the bowl of fruit in my hand. He looked at it and said “I’m sorry about that, have you paid yet?” I told him we had not paid yet and he said “I’ll take care of that” then he walked away without saying another word and answered his phone. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The manager’s attitude made it clear that he did not take our concerns seriously and gave the impression that he thought we were only trying to get a free meal. The fact that my daughter was served moldy fruit is unacceptable and a serious health and safety concern.

Ate here with some friends, no wait to be seated and we were greeted by our waitress soon after! Her name was Marissa and she was very sweet and checked in on us often. Her service is what the 5 stars are for.
My friends food seemed good but mine was sub-par, steak a little under cooked but it’s about what you’d expect for the price so no issues there (probably should have stayed w the breakfast food in hindsight) Food came out quick and the meal was nice.
Marissa was very nice and as we were leaving the restaurant she ran out to give my friend his coat that he left. Could not have had a better waitress or better service. Thank you Marissa!

I dined in with my daughter and our waitress, Marissa, was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet and patient and I didn’t have to ask for anything. She was there with more water, a to go box and my bill with perfect timing. We’d love to see her again!
