The employees were very friendly and the server was quick to take our drink order. They did not forget my lemon!!! Yay. We ordered and the food was served hot and fast. Everything tasted good. My eggs and bacon were delicious. The staff were all smiling. This was nice to see because most dining places have the rudest people lately. Brian was an excellent server, friendly and we were very impressed with him..

First, I want to say our server was very friendly and timely and did an excellent job, and that is the difference between me leaving a two-star review and a three-star review. However, the booth we were seated in had a big tear in the seat and the bathrooms need a very thorough cleaning and they smelled like the sewer had backed up. It was quite disgusting. The restaurant either needs a detailing type cleaning and repairs or some updating. I’m not sure if it was the construction going on outside or because the restaurant is so close to the freeway, but the whole time we were in there we felt like we were vibrating and there was a low hum that was ever present. The food was okay and our order was correct but we wouldn’t go here again because of the other issues.

Worst IHOP I have ever been in. Servers were intentionally sliding out of the kitchen. Bathrooms was dirty. Our waitress could have cared less about waiting on us. Payed 3.99 for a small glass of tea. Was never offered a refill. Food was just thrown on our plates. The manager was horse playing just as bad as the workers. I will give the 2 girls that was seating people did a good job. Very nice and friendly. What’s the deal with asking if I want my coin change? Do you want your coin change when you go shopping? I have never gave this bad of a review.

Food was excellent but…nobody was watching the door so I waited to be greeted no greeting finally my server came over and seated my but that side was having temperature issues so she moved me to the other side were most of the tables had not been wiped one table had dirty dishes the whole time I was there. She was a nice lady …but servers need to be reminded that the server line does not have a cone of silence and profanity does echo. Also the manager needs to carry a pen and his own lighter he really didn’t put forth a professional appearance and the employees were quite rude towards him.

Food was good but service was worse I have ever had. I have never walked out without tipping until today. First off there was may be 6 tables of customers. Waited for a while to get seated got drinks quick. Before we even got our food we had our bill placed on the table. Employees yelling across the restaurant looking for an employee and talking about life. One employee (found out it was the manager) made a comment “I am gonna kill her” .Young couple spilled a drink and an employee gave them a mop to clean it up. (Really) Employees more worried about the man in the blue shirt. (Guessing higher up manager as he went in back after he ate) he also sat and watched the the customer mop up the water and smiled the whole time had to wave down a waitress to get a refill than again to get to go boxes. Never did get a welcome or have a good day…….even after I said have a good day to her. I will go to Dennys next time.

This place is always a hit or miss. The food was good. My daughter had the funny face pancake and as you can see in the pictures it did look super funny. She also had hot chocolate. I had asked them to cool it down some because I knew it would be too hot for her. I had to use ice from my sweet tea to cool it down. I had the country bowl with a side of biscuits and gravy. The food was good and very tasty. Even though it was packed they were able to get the food out to us pretty quick. Our server Trish was really nice but you can tell she was extremely slammed and busy.

Went in for breakfast mid morning however after being seated for more than 10 minutes not a single server had acknowledged my wife and I were even seated. When we got up to leave, the hostess seemed surprised and even asked had we not been waited on. We love IHOP but do not like poor service given that there were many unoccupied tables and no customers waiting to seated.
