⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Service – Ask for Hunter!
We had an incredible experience at Chili’s from start to finish. Our server, Hunter, was absolutely fantastic—he was professional, personal, attentive, and incredibly polite throughout the entire meal. It’s rare to find service that balanced and genuine.
The food was also spot on. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. We ordered:
Fajita Trio: Perfectly seasoned and sizzling.
Triple Dipper: A great variety and all high quality.
Chicken Crispers: Classic, fresh, and tasty.
Overall, a 10/10 experience thanks to the great kitchen staff and Hunter’s top-tier service. We’ll definitely be back!

I stopped by Chili’s Grill & Bar in Pueblo recently and walked out genuinely impressed. From the moment we sat down, the experience was solid. Our waiter was absolutely awesome—friendly without being overbearing, quick to check in, and clearly knew the menu well. While the service here is really good, the chefs in the kitchen really have to get it together. My burger was made incorrectly three times and it was never rectified. I ordered a Mushroom Swiss Burger with only sautéed onions and pickles. I ordered it without mushrooms to help simplify my normal order. Apparently, this request was too difficult for the chefs to comprehend. When it first came out, it had lettuce and tomatoes with no sautéed onions or pickles. I asked them to fix it and when it came back, it only had mushrooms on it. I wouldn’t have been upset since I could pick them off but they completely forgot the sautéed onions and pickles. When I asked the server if I could get my missing toppings, they came back with a cup which contained them. He was super helpful but the kitchen didn’t even bother cooking the onions. They were cold and not even sautéed. I gave up at this point trying to get this fixed because they clearly didn’t care. Why would my sautéed onions even be cold? The kitchen really needs to get it together because this was abysmal. Why should I pay for something that the chefs refused to make properly?

We went to Chili’s this afternoon after running some errands. We had the Triple Dipper for our appetizer. I had the ultimate Cajun Pasta, and my bf had the Fajita Trio. The food was amazing, and our waitress was really sweet and thoughtful. She brought us extra drinks before we needed them, and when we asked for to go boxes, she also brought us to go cups for our drinks. It was a great experience.

It.was quite busy the night we went. We chose to sit in the bar rather than be put on the waiting list for the dining room. We were approached immediately. We received our cocktails very quickly
And our food was also delivered with a minimal wait. Two of us ordered cheeseburgers and the third person ordered chicken bacon quesadillas hand held. Everything was delicious we all agreed.

My son loves this place. It’s his go to back home. He was in a dirt bike accident and on the first trip to children’s in Colorado Springs he wanted to stop at the Pueblo’s Chili’s. The waitress was so friendly and efficient she went out of her way to bring him a small plastic cup of ice so he could hold to his swollen eye, while we waited for our food. The second trip for surgery he could only eat soft foods and his jaw hurt so we passed by not because of food choices they offer plenty but my son can’t order what he loves most which is everything that’s not soft. My son was sad. The third trip for a check up, guess where we stopped on the way back, Chili’s in Pueblo! we seen the same waitress who didn’t have our table but came over to check on him and the waitress we did have was also so friendly and cheerful. Well the Manager came out because the gals shared my sons story with all the other employees, the manager also like to ride dirt bikes. Him and my son talked and joked and he thanked us for stopping in each time that we do. I let him know the atmosphere, cleanliness, great food quality (cooks do amazing), and most importantly for us was the great service. the waitress’s were on point of everything. When it was time to pay my sons meal was on the house! No way! How thoughtful, and kind of the manager to do this. We will continue to stop at this location every time we come around. Hopefully we get to see our familiar staff. Thank you Pueblo’s Chile for making us feel welcome and taken care of in your restaurant!!

Got the 2 for 25 meal. I wanted the chicken pasta dish. My waiter talked me out of getting it! He said it was too much food! I made the mistake of getting the bourbon burger. Gross! It had the most disgusting sauce. I will never, ever allow a server to talk me out of a dish again.

Think the food and experience would rate 5 stars. My eye candy waitress was kind and sultry. Making the place feel and look better with every long island ice tee. It was medium busy on a cold cold day. Spent 80 bucks had drinks and a hearty meal oh and the drinks are good and powerful. Wonder if the bar rocks on Friday or Saturday night.

Amber was our server, and she was amazing! Mike is the manager and he was super professional and friendly. All of the staff here are nice and ready to help. We got the 3 for 10, and the food was phenomenal! The portions were huge! I would recommend the chicken sandwich.

It isn’t the same as it used to be. The food quality has gone down, and this has happened three times in a row. The ribs are also tough and overcooked, and the fact that you can’t even put certain sauces on them is mind-boggling, which leads me to believe that they are pre-cooked. I will not be returning to your establishment, but I do wish you the best. This is solely my opinion.
