Went there for lunch today, snow still on the ground. Not very many customers. The manager and one waitress stood jacking their jaw the whole time we were there. The male waiter we got did an adequate job, but when the burgers arrived, the patties and bacon had clearly been fried up earlier in the day, (absolutely no excuse for this, considering the weather-related slow business), the bun and fries were cold, the lettuce limp as something wilted from the over-night freeze—-absolutely the worst food I’ve paid for in a long, long time. NEVER AGAIN at IHOP!

There weren’t many tables open for use. This is a nice sized store, but they crammed everyone together in one little section.
It was extremely noisy.
Our server, Jessica, brought the food, but no syrup.
She said she would bring it. We waited. My son noticed her just standing up by the wait station staring into space.
Our pancakes were getting cold. I went up there and asked her for syrup. She became angry that I asked. She slammed things around in the back. Then she brought 2 tiny plastic cups of hot syrup with no lid on them for me to carry to our table.
There were three of us with pancakes, so I asked for another syrup. She angrily told me in a raised voice that she’d bring it. She did, two minutes after I had sat back down.
All of the other tables had the little pitchers of syrup. They had the flavored syrups and maple.
We got tiny plastic cups of syrup, no choice of flavors.
Terrible service.
The store manager is very lucky no one got burned while I, the customer, had to transport hot syrup in an unopened plastic cup all the way across the dining room.
The food wasn’t as hot as it should have been.
My pancakes were cold by the time I was able to procure syrup for my family.

Food took a long time to make. Didn’t even get what we wanted. Paid with card and they wanted us to tip 20% with card. We usually tip with cash but the waiter came over before we left and said “the best tip is having you here.” In a very snarky voice.. Will not be going back! We took our cash tip off the table and left.

Me and a group of friends went at around 10:45 last night, there was only one cook and one server and they both did really great (Lenora was the server (give her a raise!)). The food came out delicious and hot, there were no mistakes at all, and it came out pretty fast. Overall a good time.

Today’s IHOP proved to be a fair one.

I ordered the poblano omelette which was very flavorful and come with the side of fruit which was also very good.

I also ordered the split decision breakfast that come with two eggs two sausage links two pieces of bacon and two buttermilk pancakes.

I also tried the protein pancakes blueberry ricotta which was very good and flavorful.

My cup never run out of hot coffee, my waitress just went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience.

However, the restroom facilities needed much assistance. There is a plumbing issue with the men’s urinal which was stopped up and overflowing Into the floor. Also, bathroom need to be professionally cleaned from floor to ceiling

I immediately notified the hostess about it. However, I never saw anyone address the issue during my visit.

Excellent food with very complementary and attentive service! For being even the peak of quarantine the restaurant did all it could to safely serve its patrons! The wait time can be questioned, so coming here set aside a decent amount of time to wait as well as eat. Recommendations have to be the Brunch Burger(if you have a wide enough mouth for the mega beast ) and the Colorado Omelette! P.s. the Splashberry is a local favorite .

I tried natural roasted turkey with rice and green/yellow beans add on side fries you know what it’s 21.5$ huf I thought they cut the prices. Rice they added is quite different with whole grains it’s too solid may be boiled not sure but for me I feel it’s too hard to eat however dish is good.

Literally the worst place to go in Searcy now.

Gave it another shot because waffle House had a line out the door(shouldve got in line).

Was seated and brought drinks almost immediately, but then it was 20 minutes until some one took our order. Once she did, 20mimutes later food came out. One plate at a time. Except they forgot our kids plate(chicken and waffles). Spent another 10 minutes waiting on just that.

How are you going to charge $14 for chicken and waffles and the chicken turn out old and dry and behind all the other food? The “big” breakfast burrito was anything but big and was 90% soggy hash browns. They also forgot the salsa and ranch we ordered with.

Kids meal and strawberry pancakes were good.

Service was absolutely abysmal and they are severely overcharging for junk.

Tldr, if you want a burger, go to David’s, if you want breakfast, go to waffle House(no matter the line, the wait will still be shorter), if you want chicken, go to slims or Zaxby’s.

Stay away from this poorly managed place that has been good awful for 10ish years now.

Thought we would try it again after so long, but the only difference now is the prices are almost doubled.
