I had a wonderful experience at the IHOP. The staff was extremely friendly and professional from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and great hospitality, which really set the tone for the visit.
The service was quick, attentive, and very well organized. It’s clear that the management team runs a strong operation and supports their staff well. Everyone seemed to work together efficiently, creating a welcoming and positive environment for guests.
Overall, this location does a fantastic job. Great service, a friendly team, and strong leadership make this IHOP a place I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Bossier City area. ⭐️

I recently visited the IHOP and had an outstanding experience. Not only was the service excellent, but the food was absolutely fantastic. Everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly how it should be. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in the quality of the food they serve.
The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire visit. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the team worked together smoothly to provide great service.
It’s also clear that the management team is doing a great job running the restaurant. The place was clean, organized, and the staff seemed happy and motivated. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I would definitely recommend this IHOP to anyone in the Bossier City area! ⭐️

I had a great experience at IHOP – Bossier City! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the whole team made sure our table had everything we needed.

Ok. Let me say that I was in the restaurant industry my whole life every position and owner a couple of times. I just experienced one of the best servers this morning at of all places IHOP.
I wish my old man brain could remember his name (I want to say Darren but I could be totally off) used to cook, has a few tattoos on his arms, ties his hair up.
This guy should actually be the corporate trainer for IHOP.

I went here with my kids and no wanted to serve us as their table until the sweetest african american older woman said, i saw yall sitting here and if they dont wanna take yall I will. She gave us the best service and was so kind. A mama with kids TIP TOO. Disappointed that we didn’t want to be served. I gave 4 stars because she was exceptional. With her i would have given 1. Thank you kind lady!

So my partner and I been here a few times. The last time before this one I had my coffee from Scotters and I had no problem drinking my coffee inside. This time I get told I can’t have my coffee inside. I didn’t say anything. Then when we had our order taking we didn’t even get to choose what side we wanted. Like really even the waiter seems she had a attitude about everything.
