First time here and service was good. There was no wait for a table and my food came out quick. The server in my seating area was Kara and she did a fantastic job. She was in top of everything. I dined alone and it was nice to see that most of the customers were regulars. I got a feel that there are a lot of customer m/server relationships that are built here. Very diverse crowd. It was clean and the food was delicious. Price was great, considering breakfast back home would’ve been double the price. The atmosphere was great, although I would’ve like to hear a little music. Great job management, I’m happy I drove from Gentilly to your location.

We’ve been here a few times and largely know what to expect– friendly, if a little slow, service and some delicious pancakes. Maybe it’s just because I’m not usually here on the weekend, but my most recent visit was definitely not the best experience.
My husband and I specifically went to check out the bottomless pancake combos. Our server was very polite, but hardly checked on us. One of our utensil rolls had visibly dirty silverware, but we had to wait until someone came by about 20 minutes later to ask for a new one. We did not get a single drink refill the entire time. It took almost half an hour to even get a to-go box so we could leave, which it seemed obvious everyone was waiting for us to do. Despite being one of only two occupied tables in the entire restaurant, I think the only thing we got quickly was the bill. We outright heard an employee (possibly a manager?) in the back shouting at our server and telling him to cut us off and get us out, despite the fact that we had only gotten one order each (2 pancakes) after our initial servings. Honestly, we should have saved ourselves some money and each just ordered a full stack if they weren’t even going to let us get more. I could understand them being tired of seeing us still there after an hour and a half, but the fact is that had we been given attentive service, we would have been out of there a whole lot faster.

Kara was our waitress and she was very attentive. The food was delicious and quick to come out, she even made cost effective suggestions. My daughter and I dined for Sunday brunch, and we both enjoyed our meal. There was ample parking outside and we were seated as soon as we walked in. Our waitress provided suggestions and took care of a few tables simultaneously. I feel as if most of the customers were regulars. This location will definitely be our go to location. 5 out of 5 for everything!

Horrible, Awful and Terrible! The restaurant was extremely dirty. Floor was sticky and wet. My server Phillis took over 10min to greet us. Mind you there was only 1 other table in the entire restaurant. She was literally on her phone while taking our order and bringing the food. I have a video but it won’t let me post it. There was a random guy on the restaurant phone at the front cursing extremely loud and saying “Nigga” multiple times. Didn’t see not one manager. Very sad but this establishment is going down hill. The absolute worst experience.

raw egg. i order my breakfast biscuit sandwich and the egg was completely raw and not runny. the whites was clear so it clearly was not cooked. i called them 9 times and nobody answered any of my calls. horrible service and horrible food

Drink endless cups of really very excellent coffee (not the coffee scented warm h₂o that tastes like heartburn + promises a bladder refill nearly as often as that little mug requires one) while sitting in one of the many microcosms of ambiance found within the immense dining area. Tuck into a booth against the back wall for a plush escape from the outside world; gravitate toward the sunshine w a seat in the bright alcove of booths near the floor to ceiling window wall; share a table w friends and family for an intimate experience within the cozy expanse, where generous spacing creates a personal dining domain occasionally occupied by smiling faces framing perpendicular surfaces. The open table faces welcome diners w a sunlit wink while the surrounding seats sit upright, inviting the hungry human guests to settle in + enjoy the soft hum of good company+comfort food.
